Great place. Everyone was so helpful and easy to deal with. Our sales man was not pushy like other dealerships. He even stayed late to make sure everything went good for us.Would go back again.

I had my 2023 ford f150 in to Tasco ford for the Works
I had my 2023 ford f150 in to Tasco ford for the Works Package (lube, oil, tire rotation, etc.) on Dec.19…The service time in and out was quick, however, I am not satisfied with the report on my truck…I received a text message saying that my brakes front and rear were 8 mm…When the service representative gave me the final paperwork, the brakes showed only 5 mm…I questioned him on this, he said he would have to speak to the service Technician…He returned, and said the Technician was confused between the tire depth and the brake pad depth…He corrected it on paper to 8 mm….Additionally, the service sticker that was placed on my windshield as a reminder for next oil change is handwritten and not legible…These may seem like small things to write about, but if Tasco Ford can’t get the small things right how can we as consumers expect them to do the big things correctly…

Took my Shelby in for servicing today and I was greeted
Took my Shelby in for servicing today and I was greeted with a warm smile by service writer Erik Muir. He promptly set me up for the designated service and continued to “keep me in the loop” with regards to how my service was proceeding!! Which leads me to Mr. Michael Shiner! IMHO , Mike is one of the best mechanics in the area . He leaves nothing to chance and is very precise and meticulous with his work. Tasca Ford should never let a mechanic like Mike ever leave and pay him accordingly!! With employees like Erik and Mike, Tasca Ford will always be my go to service center !!!! Keep up the great work.
