Jenny is friendly and provided outstanding service as an Advisor. She listened to my issues with the SUV, and recommended what service should be performed to prevent future major maintenance. When I have additional questions, she responded in a timely manner. It is pleasure doing business with her at the dealership.

Today I needed to leave my vehicle for maintenance and

Today I needed to leave my vehicle for maintenance and solve a little detail. My Service Coordinator; Thomas, was not there yet because I arrived early. James jumped into action and helped me to register my car and escorted me to rent a vehicle for the day with Marij. Thomas took care of my truck, was very communicative and it was ready really quick. Appreciate the extra mile you all gave! Thank you all for the great service today!

I always feel confident in the service on my car, now 12years old. Gerry was an d now Manny is my service rep.. I am so happy to wor with m Manny. He is quick to respond if anything other than reg.service is needed.

The salesperson I worked with was knowledgeable about the vehicles. He understood what I was looking for and didn't push at all. I was able to get exactly what I wanted with little fuss. In fact, I went in on a Tuesday, was told my vehicle would be available the following week, but it was actually ready for me that Friday. If I were to need another new car soon, I would want to work with Maverick again.

Have tried two days in a row to reach the Service

Have tried two days in a row to reach the Service department. All three phone calls resulted in a recording saying "we cannot take your call right now and please leave a message". Very poor service!!!
