It was easy to make an appointment. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time. The work was, as always, good. This is not the closest dealer to me, but this is a place that I trust. My ten year old car still runs like new, thanks to them.

The salesperson was great but finishing ny purchase took
The salesperson was great but finishing ny purchase took a long time… because I was paying in cash. Evidently, people in the back office were less interested in me closing the deal since I was not going to give them any more money by financing the car. Please train your employees in Customer Service.

Manny has been my go to person for service on my Avalon for many years and now my Crown. He has always been exceptional and it is always a pleasure coordinating with him on my car repairs. I do not know Jim Brotherton. I always work with Manny. I only schedule when he is there :)
