We took our charger in because we thought something was
We took our charger in because we thought something was wrong with the drive shaft. After a few days we were told it was a part related to the housing of the transmission. It took almost 2 weeks to get the part and get it fixed. We got the car back and it was still making the noise after driving it for a few days. I called them and took it back in. After a few more days of them having it, they said it was the drive shaft. A week goes by and they call and say they fixed that but it's still making that noise. They then say it's the differential and they'll have to order those parts. After having the car a total of almost 2 months they call and say it's ready. We had bought the extended warranty, thank God. However, by the time it was all said and done they billed the warranty company close to $7,000. Oh and the first time it was in they also said the water pump was bad, yet the vehicle was showing no signs of that. But they replaced it. It was a lot of back and forth with them, and the car is still making that noise when you put it in reverse or drive. I'm so over it. Overall the service team was nice, I'm just not happy with all the back and forth and just throwing parts at it without fixing it.

Scheduled service, was performed in a timely fashion,
Scheduled service, was performed in a timely fashion, without any attempt to upsell. Unlike my last visit, where I was charged for a computer read, for what was supposed to be a recalled complaint, for anti lock breaks. This was on my 2018 Ram 5500
