Brought my truck in without an appointment for a leaking CV joint. They got me in replaced the part and I was driving away 2 hours later.

The salesman, Jack Flint was given my inquiry on a truck. Jack was very professional and answered my questions in a timely mainer and never forgot about my needs and concerns. He sent updates as they came along threw either video or text. he took every issue i had like it was his own. Would recommend jack and joe cooper dodge in yukon to anyone that asks

The salesman Larry worked with us to help us get a good

The salesman Larry worked with us to help us get a good price on our Jeep Grand Cherokee. But when it cam to financing, we felt we were being stalled It took well over a hour before the finance rep finally brought us in. He ignorant the fact all we wanted extra was gap insurance and nothing else but kept pushing expensive warranties on us, and expend the loan from 72 to 84 months. We finally got him to understand our needs and goin ally got the paperwork started. The finance office was the worst part of the entire experience. I know this rating goes to the salesman which is the only reason for a 5 star rating. As for the finance office, they would get a 2-3 star for being obnoxious and continually push us to buy things we didn’t want. Next time, I pay cash or walk out.

Dealt with dealer in Shawnee Ok they aare the worst ( managers) they LIE , Steal, and are rude they stoled from me $1000 dolalars becasue of their Bad practices Dont go there if you go every word that comes out of their mouth (Recorded ) other they will LIE

Two vehicles two loans no permission LEFTIN MY DRIVEWAY IM BLIND BIG FRAUD OVER $120,000 one hundred twenty thousand dollars I’m a 100% permanent and total service connected combat Vetran.! Hospitalized at time of salle. Loan signed by computer! I m legally blind I don’t drive I do not have license to drive! Husband passed earlier in the Year! My son has autism. They took his phone and number . I said no . They left him over 24 messages and they “salesmen “ told my son if he did not get me in there and give them a check they would be Fired! I have all texts and audio and vide all kept… They took advantage of me and my son! I told them I would NOT BE BUYING ANY CAR UNTIL I COULD HAVE MY COUSIN GO OVER ANY CONRACT. And he could read them aloud for me I am still legally blind!. Yep the worst experience with a car dealer ever! They need a whole lot of ethics training! They said that they sold me the two cars and two different loans on31 January 2025. This is how long this crummy car place has been dragging this out I was in the I CU and ER for Advanced Heart Failure! I informed. The loan companies that were used. Do not trust the sales department!

Make sure you check your paper in financing. They lied to me about the price and put an extra $10,000 on the vehicle. They admitted the salesperson was trash and has been fired but still didn’t want to do anything to make it right! Don’t trust ANY COOPER Dealership. They dragged me along for two months acting as though they cared.

Bought a "certified used car" at the end of June 2024 had

Bought a "certified used car" at the end of June 2024 had it less than 2 weeks before I started having issues. I bought the "extended" warranty, but it literally has so many exclusions that I haven't been able to use it at all. I was told that since I bought a Chevrolet I would need to take it to a Chevrolet dealer for repairs, its been in the shop for more than 6 weeks of the 6 months that I have had it. The absolute worst experience I have ever had!
