Won’t return, nor recommend. We had two cars to look into trading. Had my husband not have needed the car badly, we would have walked. Nothing but promises to get you in there, and they are not held up. We tell them what we can afford and the deal they brought was $100 over. We finally got it $50 over our budget. However they did not mention that didn’t include the warranty and gap till we got to finance. So the monthly payments went up $100 again. And when told they would work in the deal of TT&T so that our transition to a new car was affordable for our one income family, they backed out after saying they had to give us other deals. That should have never been taken away. They made deals by taking away from the customer. Which is disheartening and unprofessional to say the least. When we asked about the trade for our other car, we were told that they base it off KKB before in text. That is not true. My car values $7-8k in fair condition at minimum for trade. They offered, $3-4K. It was an emotional long day, from 11am to 6pm. I’ll stick with my current dealership with our second car, where I’ve had no issues. And will trade with them.

This place criminal ! They Denied my loan and never called me ! I ou 5000 dowm and not refunded my money trying take fees out of it never called me told me denied this place shut down for fraud and arrested ! Avoid them they are just criminal I returned car not returning my calls frauds out of money I had go elsewhere get a car approved right away. ! I jyst want 5000 back I never treated this way I want this plave to fry they should !I don’t think should be in business fraud people suck criminals !I never seen plave operate this way I have signed contract I a Due refund get attorney fry this place

This place was absolutely wonderful. I miss the old management and ownership. Really wish they would open back up.

I had a recall on my jeep. They found the parts, called me back and we set an appointment for the first available at 8 AM. They advised me it would take 1 hr. When I showed up this morning at 7.50AM they verified it would take an hour so I waited. 2 hours later they told me it had taken double the time because they had temporarily ran out of butane for heat shrink, and they had mistakenly put 3 vehicles with people waiting on the same tech. Not once did they approach me during those 2 hours and tell me why it was taking so long, and what had happened or offer me a ride to my home or any other options. Their apologies at the end fell on deaf ears. I will never go here again.

Cory Lowe began the process of finding my dream Jeep, the loan process was smooth and to complete the process Armando when over all the learning of how to work my car. Do you know the difference between a WestPointe car salesman and a Politician. The Politician knows he is lying. Lying and deceiving comes so naturally to Salesmen like Andy it should be against the law to use the word "man" in their title. Same old story says it is this price waste a day and when it gets to financing the price is $4,300 more than agreed. Stay far away from this place. One of the Car sales liars tried to convince me he was Covid free because his wife has an autoimmune disease. UNBELIEVABLE

I got a fair deal on the truck I was looking for. I have had it for a month and really enjoyed driving it. It is a 2011 and I get a lot of compliments on it. The guy in service are great to work with as well
