I just recently bought a 2019 Dodge Charger Scat Pack the salesman i had was Armando Vera, he greeted me at the front of the dealership and was very personable. He showed me what i had been speaking with the internet sales person about. I test drove the car, He showed me all the features of the vehicle and was very knowledgeable. The dealership closes at 8 pm but by 8:30pm i was out the door with the new car and on the road again. I did drive 3 hours to get this car, the staff was easy to deal with and with just a bit of haggling I got the awesome deal i had came for. Thanks too all that works at Westpointe for making a great deal and working with me. If you looking for a Chrysler product this is the place to go and it was every bit worth the 3 hour drive you will not regret it.

Well who would have thought Westpointe would turn into David Stanley. I have proof of their FALSE advertising, you know the whole bait and switch like David Stanley does. Advertise one price and then they won’t actually tell you how much the truck is. I do not want any of the people they have that comment back on bad reviews to waste my time. This would have been my 4th vehicle from them, but when you won’t tell me prices and obviously are trying to break it off in me that is NOT okay. The main person I deal with is Bruce and sadly he wasn’t there because I truly believe if he was none of this would have happened but I could be wrong. I have screen shots of the online pricing from their website. What else would you call this and then they say well you can’t apply the rebates and discounts together or tell us how much the truck was, could not get a price period. I told the gentleman this was false advertising and he told me it wasn’t. Unmmm YES it is and not only that they wanted to give us payment of 715$ a month at 84 months!!!! That is 60k...... okay yeah your online prices aren’t false huh???? I added more prices and pics to show everyone! Please tell me how a truck doubles in price!!!

Ok we bought a car 11 months ago from west point and wanted to upgrade to a newer car. Went to another dealership,. the sales person came back and said the car u bought at west point had been in 2 accidents. we were not even told about it the carfax says it all in 2014 was in accident and again 2015 with my wife and i being the 3rd owners. made payments on this said vehicle and literally have no equity in this car. this dearlership (west point chyrsler) is the utmost shoty place i ever delt with WOUUD NOT RECOMEND THEM TO MY DEAD GRANDMA BUYERS beware. Also after buying said vehicle wife told me it was making a funny noise in the front end so sehedueled an appointment to have it looked at and the maintance guys hehawed around about it saying its ok and nothing is wrong. after now i call xxxxxxxx all makes sense now.
