I don't like to leave any type of review, but feel its necessary this time. I had the worst experience possible!!...My Jeep was here for 2 weeks without any follow-up. I literally had to call every 2 days, with no real update. The lack of professionalism is mind bogleing. Aftera bill of $1,200, couldn't even get a standard car wash which is advertised. Lastly it took them 30 minutes to find my Jeep, as they couldn't even locate it. Will NOT come back, and recommend that you don't either.

Car I scheduled an appointment for had a dead battery and needed a jump. Turned out not to be what I wanted. Went back to look at a second car and ready to buy but there was an "up-sell" of a $2,500 aftermarket car alarm and nitrogen on the tires. I declined the alarm but the dealer could not / would not remove it and stood firm on the add on. Also the agent I worked with didn't show up and was handed over to someone else. Went next door to Hertz Car Sales and found a better cleaner car for a great "no-haggle" price. I would not recommend LAX CDJR to friends or associates.

THE WORST! - Incompetent time wasters. I went into this dealership and put in an order for a custom build vehicle with the sales manager Chase overseeing it. Weeks later when I asked for an update on the delivery date, they said they just couldn't find the order. What's worse is instead of trying to fix the issue, the General Sales Manager Andre, couldn't even be bothered speaking to me. So I asked his assistant if I could speak to the General Manager Neda Ingram. His assistant told me Neda would call me. She never did. I left a message for her. She never even called me back. What a waste of time. This was a slam dunk sale, but due to the incompetence of the staff, and lack of any sort of follow up, from the sales right up to the general manger, we took our business elsewhere. Do not waste your time with this chump outfit.

Run!!! We attempted to buy a vehicle from them and they refused to provide a buyers order for our bank. They mandated we use their financing. When we asked our bank why they would behave this way the bank told us it was most likely because they intended to put charges on that the bank would not allow. When I spoke to the manager, he laughed and said, that's just what we do... Clearly, this organization intends to rip off their clients. We will be reporting them to every regulatory body and have them investigated to make sure the people they do business with are not getting screwed. Unfortunately for them, I run an entire litigation team, and this is the exact behavior we go after... my recommendation is run as fast as you can and find a dealership that will treat you with ethics and integrity. Because this dealership fully intends to rip you off and smile to the bank the entire way.

Beware of there $6000-$9000 dealer markup for useless add ons. They don't list it when they list the price of the car. They are dishonest and don't answer questions when you ask about them.

One price online, upon arrival price went up 9k, even on their online add. One hour after leaving the dealership without buying the car, price magically dropped 9k again... the supposed rebate that dropped the price 9k had "expired" but after 9pm I suppose the rebate magically reapeard...

Horrible. Bait and switch. Advertised one price, then jacked up the price with lots of unnecessary extras. They tell you the car is sold to someone else when you're at the table filling out the paperwork, but then are told that you can still buy the car for the price the other buyer has agreed upon. Don't trust them!
