Hawk Ford’s service department is the best!
I hope I get his name right, Todd in the service department went beyond the call of duty to make sure I received the best experience while having my car serviced. I was told the service would be about 4 hours. As I waited, Todd kept me updated on the status of the repair. When it became obvious that the repair would take longer, he offered me a loaner. Sooo I really enjoyed having the 2019 Fusion for 2 days! Todd is funny, and conversational. He really made me feel like a valued customer.

Recall sadness
I had my car in for a recall and I wanted them to fix my air conditioning as well. After having my car for six days. The air conditioning was never fix or looked at. I will just go somewhere else and get it fixed.

Outstanding service, both customer and vehicle.
The employees were very polite and professional. My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner and the prices were fair. I’m very pleased! I will absolutely come back for future service.

Excellent Service
I went to Hawk Ford after I was ran by numerous banks that were in authorized, at other dealerships. Here I was respected and ran with two bank and was successfully approved for my vehicle. Great guys did whatever it took to get me great rates and a great vehicle that I wanted. Love this places would recommend it to anyone!!!

Service
I had a great experience. I got my car back in under 2 hrs which has NEVER happened at any other dealership. I really wish I could remember the employees name. You guys do an awesome job. Hopefully next time my visit will be with the sales team instead! 😊

Cashier was rude.
I was called that my car was "ready for pickup." When I arrived I was told to go pay the cashier and then they would have my car brought out. The car was there for a recall, no charge. I couldn't just sign some paper work and leave? I waited in line at cashier counter, 2 people ahead of me. Then when I get up there she tells me that she has no paper work in my name, and I have to go back to the service counter and have them print it out and come back. She couldn't call over there and ask them to do it? I have to go back and forth? I go back tell them. They tell me oh no its there. She reprints anyway. We go back to cashier. Now she is waiting on someone else, we wait. Then the service lady (who was very nice) and the cashier are still looking for the original paper work. But we have new ones. I'm like have to go. Let's wrap this up. Then waited 10 minutes for my car to come out. Ridiculous. The place operates like you're at a government facility like the DMV. No thanks.

Disappointed, overall
8 days to replace cluth and perform recall on door for a focus I've owned less than 6 months. No help getting reimbursement from Ford corporate for known problems with clutch. Svc manager Paul 'unavailable' both times I attempted to get information. AC working on June 16th, the day before I dropped the vehicle off at hawk. AC not working when I picked it up yesterday. Too aggravated to bother pursuing more repairs at hawk since I can't be without a vehicle for another week.
