We are from Ohio and were visiting family in Round Lake, Illinois when our ‘check transmission’ light came on in our Honda Pilot. Not wanting to continue driving, we called Honda dealerships in the area and they weren’t willing to check it out until Saturday, or even the upcoming week. (This happened on July 3). Honda Libertyville was the fourth dealership we called and the only one that told us to bring it in to check it out. James in the service dept was more than nice, explained things and reassured us that the Pilot is safe to drive back to Ohio. The cashier was super sweet as well and while talking to her found out that she attends OSU-small world! We can not thank Libertyville Honda enough!

Hard to get in touch as a serious out of state buyer.
Hard to get in touch as a serious out of state buyer. For every 10th one calls maybe one return call. Also added lots surprise fees and refused to sell the car without there $4k ceramic coating xx. I would avoid
