This dealer has about the worst GM I’ve ever dealt with.

This dealer has about the worst GM I’ve ever dealt with. I came into today to make a deal. Their sales people were great. Then the GM swooped in. He lowballed my trade in claiming something was knocking. When I walked he called to tell me it was a mistake and they put in the wrong engine. I texted their online sales rep I would not be dealing with him. Jordan owes his sales team an apology for loosing their sale.

You should believe the customer if they are bringing back

You should believe the customer if they are bringing back a new vehicle and there is something wrong with it. The problem was fixed after they saw the alignment was out of specs.

Confidence was a great experience in getting my GMC

Confidence was a great experience in getting my GMC serviced. They sent me out with a great loaner car, kept me updated on the progress with my vehicle and what I thought would take a couple days only took one!! Freddie at the service center was one of the kindest men I’ve met in the service industry. I will be back for all future needs.
