This dealership uses a Bait and Switch tactic to get you

This dealership uses a Bait and Switch tactic to get you into their store. A complete waste of time and trust. I talked to an associate about a test drive for a certain vehicle and stock number. To which they responded "it is in our inventory." So we schedule the test drive for the next day. I get there, and the associate says "we don't have that truck here." You can imagine, as a buying customer with money, how frustrating this is. The associate says it's in Charlotte and he will contact them to move it. He couldn't get a hold of Parks Charlotte Branch. The next day, still can't get a hold of them. On the following Monday I call Charlotte and was told the item is in Lake Norman. I called Lake Norman and am helped by some great people. This associate knew where the truck was at the entire time. If the associate in Charlotte can see where the truck was located so can he and his managers. They wasted my time trying throw other vehicles in front of me hoping id purchase. The bait and switch tactic is a reportable offense to the Federal Trade Commission. I will not shop here at this location ever again due to their obvious culture of deception. Represented by this associate and whichever sales manager he was working with.

I went to parks to look for a jeep, I ended up buying a

I went to parks to look for a jeep, I ended up buying a Durango. Our salesman Ryan Rodriguez was so kind and patience with me. I asked a ton of questions and he had every answer for me. Ryan was very professional but also easy to joke with also. After I bought the car he called a few days later to ask if I had any problems or concerns. I would definitely recommend parks and honestly Ryan to anyone who wants a good experience buying a car.

This review is for anyone who wants to do business with this dealership. We have been looking to purchase a Jeep Renegade. We found one on their website which we liked for 27995.00. I requested pricing on the vehicle at which time we were contacted. During this time frame we found another one with the same pkg a little cheaper 25,000.00. Both of these vehicles are out of state, and we are willing to travel to purchase one. The dealership said they could beat the 25k and wanted to know when we could pick it up. I told them that we wanted to see the numbers before we traveled to pick it up. They said that they would get some numbers and let me know. I received a text asking if we are going to trade-in our other Jeep and asking if our zip code was correct. I responded back with the information 1:56pm. I received a text from another number at 2:42pm stating that they were working a few deals with some local customers, and they would contact me on Monday. At that time, I came to the conclusion that they were wasting my time and told them never mind. Throughout my military career I have purchased vehicles in multiple states, and I can honestly say no other dealership has ever pulled this stunt in the past.

We purchased 2 vehicles from Parks Chrysler Dodge Jeep

We purchased 2 vehicles from Parks Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Gastonia, NC. The sales representative, Terry Swann was very pleasant, but kept begging for us to give him a 10 on a customer survey, which we did, but we now wish we had held off. We found a few things wrong on our 2024 Durango and 2025 Dodge RAM. Terry promised they would take care of them and there was no need to include it on the things owed, because they were going to take care of anyone who purchases 2 vehicles within 2 days. We also decided we would like running boards on the Dodge RAM and asked Terry what kind of deal they could make. At first he told us that he could get them at cost, but he came back from the service department without a price and told us they couldn't do it at cost, but he would make sure we got them at employee pricing, which he said is still a great deal. We were gone on vacation the next week, but we told him we could bring them in the next week for the repairs. We did not hear from him, so we called him. He told us he would call us back in an hour. It has been 3 days, and no call back. I guess he got his 10's and we are no longer of interest to him.

Purchased a damaged vehicle.

Purchased a damaged vehicle. Took longer than told to make repairs. Three months later and still waiting. Hardest thing is for the sales manager to return your call.

I want to recognize Jimmy the service manager.

I want to recognize Jimmy the service manager. There was an issue with my Jeep that was a mystery to most which would have warranted a 1 star rating.Now I don’t know if Jimmy solved the mystery but he did ensure the issue was fixed. From Day 1 of him finding out about it, he was compassionate, honest and handled the situation not only with care but with a sense of urgency. Thank you much for making both my husband and I feel important and as a valued customer. Also a special Thanks to Josh as well. He was the first one in the line of fire but he was patient and understanding and helpful to point me in the right direction of who could and would resolve this problem. I really wanted to buy a renegade they had, but the extremely high doc fee and the unwanted LoJack they added on the the price was a non starter. Come on, it not a kia. Who puts a LoJack on a jeep?
