Great customer service.
From the moment I started talking to the folks at Champion Chrysler, I knew that this was going to be a different car buying experience than normal. When I first contacted Scott Walters on Wednesday about purchasing a vehicle, he immediately made me feel at ease. He was quick to respond as needed and made himself available as well, as my busy schedule required. Scott scheduled me for a test drive and answered all of my questions regarding the features of the vehicle.when it came time to do the financing he was quick to get us to where I wanted to be on my monthly payment and within a few hours I was out of the showroom. I came in the next day and picked up my shiny new vehicle. Scott made sure I had no last minute questions before sending me down the road with the confidence that if I had any problems I could contact him personally. Thank you Champion Chrysler Dodge and Jeep and thank you Scott for putting me in the Jeep that I always wanted.

No more getting passed around
Two things sent me to Champion; price and responsiveness. I had already done my research on the web. I knew exactly what car I wanted, the price I was willing the pay and the financing terms to close the deal. The first dealership did not respond to my email through their website. Then I walked out of the second dealership after the numbers changed when I met the finance manager. Getting passed around does not happen at Champion. The person you start with is the person you end with. Scott and I had already exchanged a couple of emails before I stopped at Champion. He met me at the door, earned my trust, made the numbers work and had me sign the papers all at his desk. In 30+ years of buying cars, this was the most pleasant experience to date.

John Hattin and Josh McFarren
I recently ran into a situation and needed a new car on the fly. I was in an auto accident and totaled my 2015 Chysler 200. I loved that car btw! But I was referred to Champion to see John Hatton. I walked in to the dealership not knowing if I would even be able to get a new car so my anxiety of my situation was high, everyone was very friendly and helpful! I spoke withnJohn and he set me up with Josh McFarren. He was polite, patient, knowledgable and ready to help the process for me to see what he could do for me. John Hatton said I was in great hands! Josh collected my info and helped me narrow down my options. I test drove about 5 cars and went over all my options. I left knowing what I wanted and he was going to search and do what he could to find me my perfect fit in my budget and make sure I was happy. Josh had told me he had to leave for training but would make sure he would do the search to find me the car I wanted. I have only a few days left in my rental so he understood I was on a time crunch. John Hatton then contacted me and stayed in touch with me in help move the process along. With in a few days I was driving my brand new 2015 Dodge Charger! She's absolutely stunning! All the options I wanted... Minus a sunroof but it's give and take when other options are presented to you! I was nervous I was not going to be financed on my own because I am self enolyed. He made sure I was approved with a great interest rate! Needless to say I was signing papers to my own new Vehicle! John also came in on his day off and worked with my schedule tso I can come pick my new car up! There was No xxxxxxxx and to the point and friendly and I never felt pressure. The customer service alone is outstanding from these two gentleman!!! I have already thrown their names out and the dealership info to a few of my clients! I'm grateful and thankful that this process was way easier than I anticipated!!! Thank you John Hatton and Josh McFarren for all your help! You rock! And my car is kick xxx!!!!

Great "painless" experience from beginning to end.
I was welcomed to the dealership as soon as I walked in and a representative was assigned to help me. Damian King listened to me and immediately brought up on his computer what I was looking for. He explained what discounts were/were not available to me. He put me in the Jeep I was interested in and let us go for a test drive. I traded-in my 15 year old Mitsubishi Eclipse for a fair price and drove away in my new Jeep. I didn't want "bells and whistles" and I wasn't pressured into buying anything more than I wanted. Everyone at the dealership was polite and friendly. Damian told me to call him with any questions I might have. He was very helpful. I would definitely recommend Champion Chrysler Jeep Dodge and Damian King to anyone looking for a new vehicle. They have an impressive inventory.

Great employees and no hassle
Ask for Adam Rich you won't be disappointed. I was in and out in less than two hours with my new vehicle. Went to other dealers prior to looking at dodge and it took longer to test drive. Thanks Adam.

Easy and Conveinient
I am a business owner and a full time teacher with a four year old. I never have time. Josh made my car buying process easy and stress free. Terrible Experiece
Worst place I have ever been to in my whole entire life. They advertised a vehicle online as silver, stating the only thing wrong with it was hail damage on the front hood. Drove over 3 hours to pull up a see a gold scratched up dodge. There were scratches everywhere, one of which had peeled off paint, the bumper was dented & pushed in, and the hail damage was all over the vehicle. If I ever hear of a family member or friend considering purchasing from here, I will advise them other wise, like I advise anyone reading this post. This place is a joke. Worse than Obama. Tried to work it out with them for them to reimburse my gas driving over three hours there and 3 back and taking off work. All they did was laugh. A complaint will be made, and I know who to contact. The only excuse was, it's a 60,000 mile used truck it's gonna have scratches. I know that and accept that. But not that bad, and if you had told me and not lied about it, I wouldn't have came. Needless to say as I was leaving they was taking truck to there little body shop place or whatever it is. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

Terrence is AWESOME
I was very frustrated with my car and wasn't sure what I was going to do. I called Terrence and he told me to come in, and after an afternoon of yes and NOs I was blessed with a jeep that I'm in love with. Terrence was AWESOME he told me not to give up hope and he and Gene made it happen. I'm talking about this place to everyone!!!!!!!!!
