I was in need of a new car quickly, and am very thankful that I ended up going to Bayside Nissan of Annapolis! I worked with Sherry Smith, who was kind, friendly and made the entire experience enjoyable and as painless as possible! I told her what I was looking for (car type, price range, features, etc.) and she emailed me a few options the next day to choose from. I chose two, test drove them both, and was in and out within about 2 hours, easy peasy! Thanks again for making what was originally a stressful situation into an enjoyable one. :) Also, I absolutely LOVE my new car and am beyond happy with it, along with the services provided at the dealership. The Bayside for Life program is worth purchasing from you guys alone!

Awesome Experience
As a college student with my credit still growing, Bayside really helped me find my best options. They worked extremely hard to get me in car that would work for me. Will helped put me in a 2016 Nissan Versa with the monthly payments that I wanted. He even looked for insurance quotes for me while I signed my finance papers. I have no complaints and will definitely be coming here when I need another car in the future.

Friendly people, terrible experience.
I could type nearly a novel about my experience at Bayside, but I'll just stick to the highlights for brevity. First, everyone in interacted with was friendly and helpful, and I was able to complete trade in, test drive and purchase in just a few hours. So, why the negative rating? When purchase time came, the price was $2000 higher than the advertised price online, not including taxes, tags, processing fees, etc. The starting price was inflated by $2k. This was due to a Maryland inspection and repairs (which somehow missed the bad passenger side ball joint that cost me $450 as soon as I got my Virginia State Inspection), and a "Zurich Environmental Protection" package. As far as I have been able to determine, this consists of about $20 worth of wax and Armor All. The package had "already been applied" to the vehicle and could not be removed from the price. If both of those items couldn't be divorced from the cost of the car, why not just include them in the advertised price? Obviously I was still willing to buy the car, and it would have saved me from thinking that was an extremely shady move. Continuing on, the online description of the car said it included DVD entertainment. Naturally, nobody at the dealership could "find" a DVD to verify it worked, and upon getting home, I determined that it did not, in fact work. I find it extremely hard to believe that A) no one knew it was broken, and B) there was not a single DVD available to test it with. Anyways, questionable pricing, broken equipment and desperately needed safety repair aside, my REAL issue is that it took this dealership OVER 3 months to get my Credit Union the title to this car. What should have been the most basic part of the transaction, they managed to screw up in a truly spectacular way. I called, I emailed, the bank called, the bank sent them letters, the Virginia DMV sent them letters all to no avail. The bank threatened to declare my loan uncolateralized and increase my interest rate (by a huge amount). The bank threatened to cancel my loan altogether and demand immediate repayment. The bank sent them a letter demanding the title or a refund. None of this seemed to light a fire under anyone over there. I had regular correspondence with the Title and Tags person, but I always had to follow up, and the answer was always the same "I'm working on it" and "I'll be in touch in a few days". Of course, it wouldn't be resolved, and I wouldn't hear another work until I followed up yet again. I even contacted the GM, Warren Paugh, who appologied and gave great lip service, promising to fix it and get right back to me, but I never did her from him again. I finally got word from the bank today that the title situation has been resolved, and we are about a week away from it having taken 4 MONTHS.

Great service and amazing deal
I went to Bayside just to look at Nissans and get an idea of what small SUVs are on the market. Walking through the door I met Kalyn. I described what I was looking for and she knew exactly what cars were in stock and pulled around the exact car I didn't know I was looking for!! Less than four hours later I ended up buying a brand new Rogue! Kayln and Warren were extremely accommodating and provided me with an amazing deal on the car. I can not thank them enough for their help and attention to detail throughout the sale. Thank you Bayside, I love me new car.

My Man Mike
Mike did everything possible to sell me the car I was looking for at a price I was able to afford. Walked away with a car I don't want to get out of and look forward to driving every day.

Car Problems
Twenty days after buying the car it would not start (20 February). Called the dealer but as of today (3 March). I have heard NOTHING from the dealer. The repairs cost me a day of wages in order to get it repaired. No clear information about warranty was ever given.
