I had great car leasing experience lately with Bradley M. of Toyota Bellingham. He was absolutely as knowledgeable, friendly and professional as you can get. I know this because I visited two other dealerships on the same day and got such a runaround from one and no help from another. Andre, who does the finance work at Toyota takes his job very seriously and made sure I knew what I was signing, and Matt, who had a small ding fixed for me the other day, was just as kind as he could be. It was really top work from a well-trained staff who support one another. If I could give them 6 stars , I would.

In short - don't go to Toyota of Bellingham for anything.
In short - don't go to Toyota of Bellingham for anything. I had my sunroof repaired here in August/September. They left my interior permanently smudged and the sunroof is not the same. I went back and had them take a look as I was not satisfied. They say it was sealed properly - but things have puckered and I can no longer drive with the sunroof cover back without excessive road noise. Of course they determined there was no problem and to investigate it, they would have to start taking things apart. They said, "We really don't like doing that," which means and equates to the fact they didn't want to actually address what they did - and offered to do so at *MY* expense. In short - they did not return the car to me in the state in which it should have been. The airflow and noise is infinitely worse than when I took in the sunroof for repair. They took no serious responsibility. The service department manager, John Springer, failed me at every turn despite the best efforts of Nick and Katie. I had to advocate fiercely to receive a subpar rental vehicle with subpar wheels (one of which popped on a standard Bellingham area road). They charged top dollar and then refused to fix or clean anything to the standard it should have been done so. Here I am almost 9 months later and I still have no recourse to repair or fix what they failed to do.

The moment we walked in, we felt right at home—there was no pressure, just genuine assistance. Jessica Gonzalez made the paperwork quick and informative. We were especially grateful for the fidget activities Jordan provided to keep our little guy entertained while we ironed out the final details. Fun Fact: Jordans animal sketching skills.... Top tier! Our seven year old was highly entertained! To be honest, I was too! Now that we’ve been driving our new car for a few weeks, we've encountered a couple of minor "new car" hiccups. This is where the real tests starts....... Jordans quick and effective responses demonstrated that he stands by his word and values our satisfaction not only in him as a specialist, but in Mercedes as a whole. His approach reflects a deep respect for his customers, making it clear that he is not just there to sell cars but to build trust and lasting relationships. Jordan's integrity shines through in his genuine commitment to his customers. He prioritizes transparency, ensuring that you understand every aspect of the buying process and the Mercedes line up without any pressure. Jordan has checked in on us and our vehicle and he has made our experience with Mercedes one that we tell all our friends about. We’re already looking forward to calling Jordan when it’s time to buy a SAFE vehicle for our soon-to-be 16-year-old Son. John Cabel gets an oustanding review once again! And so does Management. I leased a 2022 Toyota Truck, the lease was about to mature and I was stressed out about it but John and Team Toyota took the stress away and got me into another 2024 truck with the payments I wanted. They pressed the easy button and took the stress away.These people bend over backwards to satisfy their customers. This is why my family and I drive from Whidbey Island to Bellingham to purchase or lease our Toyotas!

Kelsey in the Mercedes repair center was extremely helpful and efficient in setting up my maintenance schedule, arranging for me to get a loaner car and then personally going out to my car and "normalizing" one of the car's power window switches after the work was completed.

I'm conflicted by this place.
I'm conflicted by this place. I've worked with them for some time. I've bought new and used vehicles from the folks listed in this review. Amrani is top-notch and I would love to work with him again. Dazey I have worked with before at another dealership and he is easily 1 out of 5 stars. He didn't get a stellar (one of those "give us 10 out of 10s and I'll give you a good deal" type things) so he called me AT WORK to complain to me that I almost got him fired! When I saw him at the Toyota dealership the other day my heart about stopped. I was already in a bad mood because a 30-minute first thing in the morning service appointment had already gone 2 1/2 HOURS!! and then I see this Dazey guy. It was disappointing. I was looking at buying a Tundra or Tacoma etc. in the coming year(s) but it will likely not be from this dealership. I know they have a lot of turnover in the industry...maybe he will move on by then. I have some other things to say about my recent visit regarding the long wait and poor communication but I'm too hot right now to get into that mess.
