Nick was a pleasure to have for our salesman. He was not a pressure salesman, which we appreciated. Appropriately he asked the style of driving we’d be doing and intelligently steered us to a couple of options. We could tell he knew the product well and was informative in listing options for us. He graciously gave us time to make our decision and has made himself available for questions after our purchase. When the detailing department “missed a spot” Nick was quick to rectify the issue.

MUCH better than last time. The facilities were clean, a custodian was sanitizing the furniture and counters in the customer lounge area. The service advisor was friendly and saw to it that my needs were fulfilled. It took an hour to replace the 12 volt battery in my Prius C, but we had the time available. Thank you for your service.

While everyone was friendly, my vehicle was serviced in a reasonable amount of time, and I believe was completed as requested. I find myself extremely disappointed. I had 1 question. Should remote start still work on my key fob after my remote connect subscription has expired. Service said they didn't know and referred me to sales, sales person wasn't sure either, so I left. When I came back to pickup my vehicle, I asked another sales person who did not know, they called over another sales person who didn't know, then they referred me back to service. I've purchased 3 brand new cars from this dealership, 5 used cars, and referred 2 people who have also purchased cars. Sales staff it's great when buying a car. Service staff has always been a disappointment. Please work on taking care of customers after initial sale!
