My only complaint was the loaner car. It was too high so I had trouble getting in and the trunk was smaller than my Camry that my walker almost didn't fit. But everything else was great!!

Making my appointment by phone (my choice over electronically) was simple. My actual appointment was done in a short amount of time. The report when I was finished was to the point. I appreciated Shawn telling me about future service that is necessary over the next several months: Brake fluid and 4 x 4 fluid. I was pleased with the entire visit. I was especially pleased that I was able to watch the Masters Tournament on the TV in the lounge.

Time was estimated at about an hour. Shawn came back to me in the waiting lounge in about 45 minutes with a good report on the inspection. One item needed attention - corrosion on the battery. I agreed to that service. Everythiing was completed in about an hour including a car wash. Excellent service!
