Genesis of Lindon

Too much to even say. Their service department is garbage. They've left my vehicle unlocked with my garage opener and my address on the registration in the glove box. They told me they won't work on my car because they have to jump start it each time to move it and said a new battery would be $451. I told them I'm not paying that and that I'd pick it up and replace it myself. When I got there the service manager said it's out front with the keys in it. I asked, "Don't you need to jump it?" He didn't say a word, walked over, and started it right up without a jump box. I then get home and notice the replacement battery will not fit and then find out that you can only get the battery from Genesis which means they let me leave knowing I can't but it anywhere else. The car has been pulling to the right ever since I bought it. The engine has been dropped out the vehicle twice. If you drop your car off, don't expect them to begin work until hours later. On multiple occasions they haven't had a loaner available. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! Read the one star reviews on Google.

My wife and I hadn’t purchased a vehicle from a dealership in nearly two decades - mostly due to the typical reasons: pushy sales associates, overpriced maintenance plans, and the exhausting back-and-forth with sales managers. So, I wasn’t exactly excited to visit the dealership to check out a vehicle my wife had found. However, our experience couldn’t have been better. Our sales associate, Brandon, was incredibly professional, patient, and a pleasure to work with. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and never made us feel rushed. We also worked with Shae in finance, who was equally patient and helpful. Brandon and Shae stayed with us well after closing time, making sure everything was taken care of. We received an incredible deal and would absolutely recommend Genesis of Lindon to anyone looking to buy a new or pre-owned vehicle.

Went in looking at replacing our '21 G70 with a new one. Brandon was great to work with, we looked at multiple colors and interiors, but with everything Genesis removed from the '26 models, I just didn't feel good about buying a watered down car. Working with Brandon and Shae, we found a '25 new on a lot in the proper colors and they were able to bring it in. Brandon and Shae made what could have been a long and annoying process much smoother and easier than one could have thought. They saved a sale Genesis themselves almost lost due to watering down and neutering the '26 G70. Thanks to Brandon and Shae for their dedication and work on this.
