The lady was very helpful when I schedule an appointment

The lady was very helpful when I schedule an appointment for my car to get picked up no problem. They were there on time and brought it back when she said it would be done and the service was incredible.

Very friendly and the oil change was done in a relatively

Very friendly and the oil change was done in a relatively timely fashion. However, the online scheduling system indicated that my safety recall would be done and when I arrived I was told that the parts were not available and I will have to come back. I was also advised to not use the online system and to call for scheduling; which kind of negated having an online scheduling tool.

Jessica in the service department was able to fit me in

Jessica in the service department was able to fit me in immediately when I had an issue with an oil leak that ended up being a cracked oil plug. She is always friendly customer orientated, and looks out for her customers.
