Always when it comes to service Jeff helps me the best way possible. If there is a problem or issue he exceeds to keeping customers satisfied. I aleays go back with Jeff for the same reason. Thanks Jeff for everything and i will for sure keep going back with him

Dropped off truck for oil change and tire swap. I received a complimentary ride back to work. When I picked up the truck it was on time and washed and they even filled up the def tank for free. Jorge was very helpful as well

Penske Ford has ALWAYS taken good care of my car and this...

Penske Ford has ALWAYS taken good care of my car and this last visit was no exception! I arrived a little early, but that was no problem for them. My car needed more work done than I had originally thought, but it was all taken care of in one visit AND a lot sooner than expected!! Jake Nadolny was fantastic, especially so because I had forgotten my debit card! I gave him what credit cards I did have with me, and Jake (very patiently!) charged each card as he could until the payment was taken care of.

On approximately Apr 28th, called to schedule an...

On approximately Apr 28th, called to schedule an appointment for routine maintenance on my F-150. Appointment was established for May 8th. On May 1st, received text asking for permission to receive texts in regard to upcoming appointment. Upon arrival at the appointment time was informed that I did not have an appointment. Frustrated, asked to speak with a manager. Assistant Manager, Jake Nadolny, listened to my concerns and was able to get my vehicle serviced in a very timely manner. His patience with me and the help he provided was greatly appreciated.

Ashley is an outstanding service/sales rep who really connects with and cares for the customer. The Penske mechanics are very professional and do amazing work in spite of how catastrophic previous repairs by other auto shops might have been. I can’t say enough about my positive experience.

I went into Penske Ford because my Ford Fusion head two...

I went into Penske Ford because my Ford Fusion head two recall notices on it . I worked with a service advisor named Larry Downs. Because of the logistical problems of COVID-19 the parts were not available immediately. When the parts eventually did arrive I was notified immediately and they took care of both Recalls in question.
