always excellent

This was another warranty repair (air bag; earlier = clutch software). I have been using this dealer for my cars and all service since 2003, which testifies to my satisfaction.

Best service anywhere

Although I live closer to other Acura dealers I go out of my way to go to Herb Connolly for my service. My MDX has 130k miles on it and I traded my last MDX in with 200k miles on it. They keep my car running in top condition. They explain what I need but never try to oversell. They provide a nice loaner. Jim Brown, the service manager, and the entire client service team is knowledgeable, personable, and professional. The client experience is wonderful every time.

Professional, completed as promised

Easy to schedule. No waiting for check-in. Comfortable waiting area with coffee. Air bag recall completed in an hour as promised. Car was washed.

Pleasant, professional, no pressure to add on services

Easy schedule on.line, no pressure to add services, comfortable and clean waiting area. Service completed on time as estimated. Decided I will come back again over the dealership I purchased my Acura.

Disappointing and ignorant dealership

Had an "appointment" to come and look and likely buy a car. I even confirmed appointment to be sure the vehicle was there, I was told it was. I drove an hour away and the rude men that approached me said "it's on overnight test drive" Seriously? I called the night before, and that day and was assured that they had the car. Nope. Totally classless and could of cared less. Typical sleazy dealership. I'm going to call Acura and file a complaint on this dealership.

Over 20 years of outstanding service.

Over 15 years of great service

The service department are all good, knowledgeable experienced and assigned to each customer. I had Cindy for years and now Dave is great, but so is Kevin. And the whole team is led by Jim who is everywhere. This is my third vehicle bought from Connolly Acura. Even the sales experience was enjoyable. Every question I've had about my car gets answered and every problem pursued and resolved. Then, they wash and clean the whole car. And if you want a special cleaning, they have great prices for detailing the car, which I have taken advantage of on several service visits over the years. Shuttle service to work or loaner vehicle, always the latest models. If I could ask for more, I don't know what it could be!

Oil change and questions

The Service team makes my visits to Herb Connally Acura so easy! Kevin checked my vehicle in quickly and Jamie got it back to me quickly when I arrived to pick it up. both were excellent in answering all of my questions as well and respecting what I did and did not want done to my car. Due to my schedule I cannot be without my car M-F so it's great that I am able to have my vehicle serviced on Saturdays. I also think it's great that Herb Connally gives your service employees Sunday off. However, I was unable to get to Herb Connally Acura by 5p on Saturday to get the car back. In trying to reach someone at the dealership on Sunday to see about getting my car no one in sales picked up the phone. Your answering service connected me to a number that just went to VM...I left a message on Sunday asking someone to call me back so I could inquire about getting my car that day, I never heard from anyone. The dealership needs to work on customer service/accessibility a bit more...luckily Monday was a holiday and I didn't have to work but what if I did?! I didn't have a car to get there...this is a real inconvenience...there should be a procedure in place for people who are unable to get their car in time for the service department to close so they are not without their vehicle.
