Great Staff, Easy to Work With

I recently bought an Acura TLX from Herb Connolly Acura. I am happy with the car. Also, I am happy with the people. They were easy to work with and they are professional and honest. There is a reason why they have such a good reputation in Framingham. It is hard earned and well deserved.

Awful SO TERRIBLE!

Everything about this dealership is terrible. It took 4 weeks to get a used car. YES, 4 WEEKS TO GET A USED CAR. I went to pick up the car I bought (paid for and everything) 3 weeks before, by emailing the salesman and said "hey let me know if this is a problem but I will be coming to pick up the car TOMORROW." This was the night before (around 7pm), and I said I was coming in at 4 pm. I drove 30 minutes to pick up the car with my brother and walk in to the salesman saying "Oh no you can't pick it up, we have to inspect it (service closed)." I said fine (very angry but what can I do) and we made a time to pick it up 4 days later. 4 DAYS LATER. I arrive 4 days later and what do I get? My salesman decided to go home early (never saw him again) and THE CAR WAS NOT INSPECTED. I WAITED 4 DAYS TO GET MY CAR INSPECTED AND I GET THERE AND IT'S NOT EVEN INSPECTED. BS. This dealership prides itself on being the 3rd oldest in the country, yet it is the worst dealership in the country, no doubt in my mind. DON'T BUY A CAR HERE. EVERYTHING ABOUT IT IS AWFUL. SALESMEN ARE SLOW AND DON'T EVEN CAR NO ONE MOVES OUT OF THEIR LITTLE OFFICE UNLESS YOU GO UP TO THEM AND SAY "HEY, CAN I GET SOME HELP" I wish I didnt buy a car from this dealership because of how terrible the experience was, but they had one of the only cars in this area that I wanted. I only gave it one star because no stars is not an option.

Excellent Service

I have been servicing cars at Herb Connolly Acura Service for years. Courteous and well-informed service reps who provide reliable and helpful information. Final cost is often below estimate. Actual service is first class with great attention to detail. Service department is the strongest reason I would consider buying another car there.

Acura MDX Service

Easy online scheduling and shuttle service for drop off and pick up. I was informed about the car service by phone and text. The car was cleaned on the outside and inside at the end.

Acura RDX 35K check-up

Fast easy check-in, friendly informative service, I was kept informed throughout the process and the car was cleaned inside and out. Excellent waiting and work area with wifi for connection to my office

Great service!

We bought our 2011 MDX here and get it service here too. Cindy Cacella was our rep and did a great to work explaining what needed to be down with our car. Highly recommend her!

Saturday service

My car was slow to start on Saturday,wasn't sure if it was the starter or battery. Found out the service center was open all day Saturday. Brought my car in, Cindy took my information in 5 minutes and gave me a rental. They called me Monday with all the information and serviced everything that needed attention. Since my car is older, I need to hear that everything is OK

Easy and straightforward.

Everything was great. Dealer service is always expensive but that's the cost of convenience and knowing the job was done correctly. I've had bad experiences with independent mechanics in the past so I always go to the dealer.

Customer Friendly Service Experience

Everything went smoothly with my service, Cindy arranged for a loan car which was very helpful to me and kept me informed throughout the day as to the status of my car. She gave me the option of picking the car up end of day or next morning at my convenience which was also very helpful to me. I had the car detailed as part of my service and the work was excellent!
