I had a 20 thousand service done yesterday everything thing went well. I was given a very nice loaner to drive . It was a hybrid. Never driven one and it was so quiet! Thank you Shoop for making experience enjoyable.

Hit something on the interstate and damaged a tire. — Rodney got me a new tire and all set within 2 days. Also reminded me to stay under 50 mph on the spare which was probably a good thing. I know I can always count on Rodney shoop.
