McGrath BMW of Elmhurst

This place is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with in my life they are ignorant and sneaky the place starts out Legit but it goes south ⬇️ real quick. It's a horrible experience just going there. Do yourself a favor go elsewhere if you're looking for a New or used car absolutely the worst place to buy a vehicle I would never Walk in to that place again.Do yourself a favor don't go there there a Horrible dealership. You will get the runaround and it's a waste of time. You've been Warned!

Our salesman Joe was great, HOWEVER the sales manager Fareed has to be one of the least professional and dishonest people we have met. He will cut any corner to boost profits and will never call you back. If he says he’s going to fix something, I will suggest you specify he fixes it completely and to full satisfaction. Otherwise he will do the minimum and leave you with unexpected costs. I suggest using another option to purchase a vehicle until McGrath finds an honest manager.

Casey was incredibly helpful answering all of the questions I had about my vehicle. Diven made the purchase process very easy by working directly with my bank. 10/10 experience, would gladly come back here for another purchase.

Dealer order car with wrong options !!!! I don't know what is going in this place !!! Do to to many problems from ordering a car to costumer service I inform management that we done with this dealership !!!! In our view that was a mistake to get involve with BMW of Elmhurst !!!!

The salesman (Michael M.) was helpful but after that it was a disaster. They charge for add-ons and already put them on vehicles, whether you want them or not... Lojack and some kind of windshield protection... and wouldnt remove the Lojack, so you have to spend $1000 on something you dont want. They talk you into additional warranty coverage and say you can take it off any time and lower your monthly payment but when you call to do that say that it wont decrease the payment but would just lower the total balance.... and then argue with you about how bad of an idea it is to remove the warranty. In the mean time, the 3rd party that they use to file all of the registrations with the courthouse/county will take a full 90 days to do their job correctly. I still can get plates for my vehicle because they have messed up the paperwork so many times. Would absolutely not recommend this dealership.

Let me start off by saying JOHN (in service) is the real deal. He is the only reason I would come back to BMW & Elmhurst. Every encounter I had at this dealership he made it feel like my car was fresh off the showroom floor. His professionalism & attitude was great even when mine may not have been. Once again when I buy my next BMW and it will be at Elmhurst BMW, it will be because of John and sorry salesman I’m dealing with John on that purchase even if he is in service!!!!!!!!
