Poor communication at best, hardly ever answer the phone

Poor communication at best, hardly ever answer the phone calls or texts when calling for an update on the promised day. Always got the runaround on eta?s, no updates on progress, if any. Had my truck from Monday until Friday evening for an oil change and a 20 minute coolant compression test. While I was there picking up my vehicle on Saturday morning, another customer was loudly complaining about being there 3 hours to have his windshield wipers replaced. I have always taken my vehicle to Beck and Masten South since the purchase in 2021, this will be the last time I have any service performed here. Not to mention that the warranties that are paid for are always refused for petty excuses. The truck burns through 2-3 quarts of oil between oil changes. This is considered ?normal? and due to idling per the tech. This will also be the last GMC vehicle that I ever purchase.

Mr. Cantu,     we are very sorry for the lack of communication on our end as this should never happen. We are reviewing your case and improving processes to prevent this from happening in the future.    In regards to your vehicle burning oil, we agree as this is not "normal" but we have to follow general motors guidelines in regards to their process for the oil consumption test for compliancy within warranty.
