Beware does not honor website ads

Does not honor website price when it advertise with a ford certified gold. watch this place bait you in. A truck was advertise on their website for $$ the price eleven prices changes all moving down in the price. I've been watching this truck email a sale person he ask me come down it was the price advertise he said and that it certified ford gold. the day i show up during my sales they increase the price and changed the website. lucky for me i shown them you just increase the price of the truck. ok they made the adjustment to the original lower price but would not give me the ford certified gold. listed below is the list of prices changes. all were with ford certified gold. has sold in 5 months i guess it will still sit there. 5/25/23 Listed $80,718 6/09/23 -$918 $79,800 6/15/23 -$312 $79,488 6/22/23 -$2,588 $76,900 6/29/23 -$1,000 $75,900 7/07/23 -$300 $75,600 7/16/23 -$700 $74,900 7/25/23 -$400 $74,500 8/05/23 -$100 $74,400 8/15/23 -$500 $73,900 8/22/23 -$654 $73,246 9/09/23 +$1,977 $75,223

I’ve always had a very pleasant experience with Don Bohn

I’ve always had a very pleasant experience with Don Bohn Ford, i have purchased three Ford Escapes. The service department is why I continue to do business there. I am concerned about the changes being made with the new owners. I was asked to leave my vehicle for at least a week (could take longer) in order to fix my vehicle with no loaner. Even though the part is available. It is impossible for me to leave my only source of transportation for that amount of time in addition to having the expense of a rental. It is highly unlikely that will recommend this dealership let alone have my car serviced there.

Easy to work with.

Easy to work with. Schedule my appointment, told him I needed to be out that same afternoon. They got the job done early. My 2017 Ford expedition drives like new. Thanks to the service department!

Bohn Ford continues to be customer driven in its Service

Bohn Ford continues to be customer driven in its Service department. Ray Landry, my service adviser, did a great job of explaining my Navigator’s issues after diagnosis and cost to repair. No overselling or upselling. Ray kept me informed on the status during the process and notified me when repairs were complete. Just being kept in the loop allowed me schedule my time. Great business. Great service group.

The Bohn Ford service center at the dealership on Lapalco

The Bohn Ford service center at the dealership on Lapalco in Marrero in La is the only place I bring my car. My service agent is knowledgeable on the workings of my car, he explains what has caused the problems my car is experiencing at that time always leave satified.

I called about a deadly airbag recall in October 2022 and

I called about a deadly airbag recall in October 2022 and told someone would get back to me. I had to call again 1 month later in November and the girl apologized left & right and told me someone would get back with me. Those two callbacks for a "deadly airbag recall" never happened. I don't drive the car much, which is besides the point, I still needed these airbags replaced since it only takes one accident to become a huge liability, injury & possibly death (as stated in the recall). I was very disappointed that no one got back to me twice.
