I've reached out to fox 8 defenders to investigate this company. I guess I can only post one review. But I just have so much to complain about.... MY EXPERIENCE WITH FORD OF HARVEY HAS BEEN ANYTHING BUT PLEASANT....This dealership did a visual field test on my vehicle knowing that everything they "THOUGHT" was wrong was very much incorrect and could've been done at a later date. The service advisor(Arthur L.) knew nothing about my car or any car for that matter. I was charged close to $3100.00 for work that could've been done at a later time. FORD has NEVER told me anything about a visual test being done because a diagnostic specialist was not available. I attempted to contact the customer complaint line and was pretty much told that nothing could be done because it was a private entity or some xxxxxxxx. I will NEVER GO BACK TO FORD. They are literally ripping people off in the service department. I thought about trading my car in, xxxx with that xxxx. I'll be glad to give someone my car. A few months prior I went there because that's where I got my battery from in 2019 which should've been covered under my warranty....service advisor (Terez H.) called my phone telling me that my battery was not covered. xxxxxxxx....It was covered.

Beware does not honor website ads
Does not honor website price when it advertise with a ford certified gold. watch this place bait you in. A truck was advertise on their website for $$ the price eleven prices changes all moving down in the price. I’ve always had a very pleasant experience with Don Bohn
I’ve always had a very pleasant experience with Don Bohn Ford, i have purchased three Ford Escapes. The service department is why I continue to do business there. I am concerned about the changes being made with the new owners. I was asked to leave my vehicle for at least a week (could take longer) in order to fix my vehicle with no loaner. Even though the part is available. It is impossible for me to leave my only source of transportation for that amount of time in addition to having the expense of a rental. It is highly unlikely that will recommend this dealership let alone have my car serviced there.

Easy to work with.
Easy to work with. Schedule my appointment, told him I needed to be out that same afternoon. They got the job done early. My 2017 Ford expedition drives like new. Thanks to the service department!

Bohn Ford continues to be customer driven in its Service department. Ray Landry, my service adviser, did a great job of explaining my Navigator’s issues after diagnosis and cost to repair. No overselling or upselling. Ray kept me informed on the status during the process and notified me when repairs were complete. Just being kept in the loop allowed me schedule my time. Great business. Great service group.

The Bohn Ford service center at the dealership on Lapalco
The Bohn Ford service center at the dealership on Lapalco in Marrero in La is the only place I bring my car. My service agent is knowledgeable on the workings of my car, he explains what has caused the problems my car is experiencing at that time always leave satified.
