I worked with Gary on buying a Rolls Royce Dawn. He was very responsive and we worked on this deal for nearly 10 days. On the first day he took my deposit ($28,000) and never wavered to immense pressure for cash deals on the vehicle. He was patient and made sure my credit union got all the ppwk needed to process the loan and he honored nearly all of my requests. The only knock is that my car was washed when i arrived to pick it up but even then, Gary made it right. He cut a check for $200 for me to get the car cleaned and detailed at a shop of my choice. I appreciate Gary for standing on business and i would buy with him again. He also offered to take my wife and I to dinner if we are ever in town. A real class act and very patient with a deal that had a few twists and turns.

I had Gary as my main spokesperson for the car and I
I had Gary as my main spokesperson for the car and I found him very sleazy at the end of my shopping experience. When I first messaged on the phone he quoted me $2600 for the shipping alongside a discount of $1300 after he said he could ship it alongside another vehicle. After we negotiated the price, I had everything expedited to meet the shipping demands only for him to go back on the deal and quote me $2900, and this was for an open trailer. I mentioned that this wasn’t clear on his end since I had everything transparent from my side only for him to cut me off and say, “I’m not going to ruin my holidays for you,” and “I’ve spent a lot of time on documents and videoing for you.” And to be clear these are purchase contracts and CA documents alongside two less than 5-minute Facetime calls to see the car since the car is being purchased sight unseen. Then they called me back the next day telling me they had a pricing error for the shipping and they could magically reach the $2k and below shipping price. We also agreed on an OTD price for the car and they immediately started charging me a pre-delivery fee that we had not discussed. After I asked them to remove it they put it back in the document after. Please watch out between the lines for what they charge, I am out $700 because of this. This is what they charge for the paperwork supposedly but they do it in a very sleazy way. Then I was switched over to Steve, who was a little more pleasant to deal with and actually had an idea of what was going on. The initial response did leave a bad taste in my mouth. I had to get my bank involved to get everything to go smoothly. For a dealer that sends so many cars to California, they sure are clueless about timing and paperwork services, they promise things that they know you won’t meet. I know this is a pretty typical dealership experience but I really had high hopes since it seemed like they were willing to work with me but once the funds were received, I feel as if their tone changed drastically. I’d avoid and to see fewer fake reviews go check out their Yelp instead.
