Extended warranty coverage

Transmission needed replacing and Steve White (service tech) took care of everything and got the work done before promised. Thanks to the mechanics involved for a great job!

Best dealship

I have bought 42 vehicles in the past so I am used to how annoying dealerships can be but at John Sullivan it was so much better, by far the best experience in the purchasing process and after the purchase.

Customer service

This dealership worked with me from step one when i called to inquire about a car to when i drove off. This dealership is located within the automall and it was easy to find. Service was excellent, especially the paperwork part was the fastest i have done in years! Definitely recommend this painfree dealer!

Great service!!

We're able to negotiate. They provide good service and followed up promptly. Easy to work with and everyone was friendly. They were very insistent on trying to sell it negotiate.

Quick Purchase

Call John O'Sullivan on Easter Sunday night around 3:00 p.m.. Went and looked at a car for about 45 minutes. Told them new price was too expensive and left. 2 hours later they called me with a good negotiation and was in the car on my way home by 8 o'clock that night.

Service Center did a great job.

2006 Corvette made a noise while making slow turns. Read that this could be caused by loose nuts on rear hubs. Technician said nuts were tight but noise could be caused by incorrect differential oil. We had previously changed all oils to Amsoil. Technician put in recommended differential oil and car no longer makes the noise. We are very impressed by Steve White and his Technician's thoroughness and attention to detail.

Tom (in service) is awesome!

There is a reason I drive all the way to John L Sullivan Chevrolet in Roseville from Elk Grove; since I've purchased my car, the service is beyond A+. EVERYONE, and I do mean EVERYONE is helpful, friendly, and caring. I never feel rushed, they not only answer my questions, they also take the extra time to make sure I understand what needs to be done to my car.

Great service
