Quoted $6400 for a rebuilt transmission.
Quoted $6400 for a rebuilt transmission. Seemed high to me, so I checked another local trans place. They did it for 4400, $2000 less, with a much better warranty.

OK service but their price for rebuilding my truck trans was $2000 higher than other Trans shops in town. So I didn't use them.

I usually have good experiences with my service.
I usually have good experiences with my service. This particular time I mentioned that one of my tire pressure sensors was not working. The quote for repair was $500 (including the $139 oil change). A little too excessive for me. After service, none of my sensors were registering on the dashboard…not a coincidence. I’ll get my own $9 TPMS relearn tool and fix it myself.
