Kevin and Justin both explained everything clearly. I didn’t feel pressured by either of them. Kevin knew so much about the vehicle I got and explained how to use the different features and set up everything for me. I would buy from them again.

They treated me very well!

They treated me very well! I came in with an offer from another dealer and they matched my offer so I ended up getting a better car with lower mileage for the same price

I came in for an Multi point inspection of my Chevy Bolt.

I came in for an Multi point inspection of my Chevy Bolt. On the plus side: They replaced the cabin filter, after having called me to let me know and my authorization. And they always offer a free car cleaning. Now on the minus side. When I came back to pick up my car, I had to look for it everywhere on the parking lot, and when I found it, it was stuck between two trucks. It took them 15mn to find the keys to move them. But worse, on my way home, the AC fan was vibrating horribly. They obviously forgot to secure something when they replaced the filter. Now I have to come back to get this fixed.... Not a good experience...

When I came back for the issue, someone already knew that I was coming and what the issue was. He took my car right away, and came back 15mn later the problem fixed. Much better!... This time I felt that Coastal team cared about doing what it takes... Thank you,
