Upset that the oil changes went up over $20 and then I was charged for a tire rotation because my info hadn’t transferred over from when it was C&C. So instead of paying around $60 I paid $100 for my visit.

Waited almost 3 hours for 4 new tires and alignment. I had a 2 o'clock appointment, I didn't not get out of there until 4:45.
