John assisted me.

John assisted me... it was my first time getting service on my used car I purchased from Al Hendrickson. He was super helpful and his time estimates were on point!

Very efficient service.

Very efficient service. Impeccable timing . It only took an hour for my regular maintenance and repairing the removal of a nail and patching my tire. Oscar was very professional and I am very satisfied with the service I received on Friday.

These people are not really nice especially the finance

These people are not really nice especially the finance manager , I will not recommend them to anyone , once you sign a contract that’s it , you’re not a valuable customer anymore , they get your purchase and that’s all they care about

Personnel pretending not to notice Customers as they

Personnel pretending not to notice Customers as they arrive. They had an excuse not to use my coupon. I asked to speak w manager. Weird calculation for my total which went above my coupon Really bad customer service

You guys are absolutely on point.

You guys are absolutely on point. Mr. Jarrett Elder is ALWAYS friendly, professional, and polite. On the phone and in person. There are closer service centers by our office, but I make the trip to deal with you guys, which in my opinion is worth it. AWESOME job guys!!!

Ray was great!

Ray was great! He made the entire process very smooth and is very knowledgeable about the product that he sells. You can see that he clearly has a passion for the Toyota brand.
