I was helped by Bobby Who was beyond helpful not only through the car buying process but even afterwards. He was professional and so thorough my questions were answered prior to me even asking. I was so impressed with his level of customer service, my mom had been looking for a new car as well I had my mom come to him and she purchased a new car from him the next day. He spent a couple of hours with my mom ensuring she was comfortable and making sure she understood the technology in the car. Overall he was Phenomenal, even through my frustration during and after the purchase, he made sure I understood everything I didn't understand. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!

Liars and crooks. Be cautious of the General Manager. He is nothing but a snake. Do yourself a favor and take the trip to Melbourne and visit Prestige VW. You will thank yourself.

Customer service was terrible Tony was my service advisor
Customer service was terrible Tony was my service advisor he was very rude and defensive on the phone when I called to ask questions about the repairs needed for my car he made nasty remarks about women implying that they don’t know anything about cars and only men do when I went to pick up my car I was met with another nasty service advisor who was very rude I asked him a question about what might have caused the issue and because I denied the repairs threw Nissan he refused to tell me he stated you didn’t pay for that overall I had a terrible experience due to the poor customer service I received from the service advisors and will never take my car back here for service or buy another Nissan

Tony and the staff were great.
Tony and the staff were great. I have a new phone and my Bluetooth wasn't connecting with my device. Tony tried multiple tries. I appreciated his efforts.

Had an appointment made for an oil change and tire
Had an appointment made for an oil change and tire rotation. Took them 2 hours! They always try to throw extra stuff in there to make you pay as well.

My 2021 Rogue will loose power while driving using cruise
My 2021 Rogue will loose power while driving using cruise control or regular.I explained this in detail but the problem still percist. I think if I leave the car there for a couple of days and let technicians drive it for a while they will experience the problem and hopefully correct it

Unprofessional uniformative so called technicians, job
Unprofessional uniformative so called technicians, job not completed accurately vehicle had to be surrendered three individual times to Nissan for inspection and or job not completed accurately the first time, inspection report stated on all had been inspected accurately all three times, vehicle had to be towed to Nissan on the third time, vehicle would not start and check engine light came on battery died, this Nissan dealer service center was dishonest, unprofessional unreliable, negligent, I will never,never,never suggest anyone I know to surrender their vehicle to this Nissan auto service and will never,never, never purchase a nissan vehicle I was robbed of 1,900 dollars.
