This was my first service for my GLA-250 - my service tech, Marcos Gonzalez, arranged for me to wait for the car and it took less than an hour and a half including the service, addressing two small dings, washing and vacuuming the car. It could not have been more pleasant and efficient. Marcos is a wonderful service tech - patient, courteous, articulate, etc. - he anticipates my every request and resolves any issues I have regarding this new car. Don't take this the wrong way but .........Marcos Gonzalez and your service department is a better experience than the car itself(!).

My salesman John Connor was very professional, listened to understand my goals and found the perfect car. He was very good on follow up and very personable good salesman.

Purchased a new vehicle from the dealership but live several counties away. The sales person (Robert) was kind, considerate, efficient, realistic, and accommodating. The delivery process was smooth, with attention to detail and care to ensure customer satisfaction noted and appreciated. We were given an opportunity to test drive the vehicle before doing the paperwork with a knowledgeable representative who provided insights into the car and it's features, and upon completing paperwork had another representative (Peter) who made sure we were more than comfortable with the features and operation of the vehicle. We would definitely consider purchasing another vehicle from this dealership in the future and would highly recommend it to our friends and family.
