They absolutely wasted my time. I went to look at an F-150 for 21K. Listed online, it says that the pricing was for dealership financing, which was fine. I asked about fees before driving over an hour to see the car, and they told me that it was only a $1495 dealership fee. We asked about reconditioning. After prying, they said that there would be $1000 recon fee, but that it was negotiable. Only after running my credit 2-3 times, did they tell me that they couldn’t make the payment within my budget, which did not make sense at all. When they showed me the numbers, they wanted me to finance $25K for the car AFTER a $2500 down payment! They added $1700 in “non-tax fees”. When I asked what that was, he said that it was tag transfer, electronic filing fee, and other fees that are not subject to tax. When I said that didn’t make any sense, they would not show a further breakdown of the fees, started arguing with me about the value of the vehicle, and when that didn’t work, told us “Good Bye”.

I just purchase a car from these guys. From the moment I called, they had the car pulled up front. To the test drive with Jose'. Very easy person to talk to. To the credit manager, office manager, to the owner. They were all easy to work with. I have never had a more comfortable experience puchasing a car. Just bring your info with you, they even transfered a tag right then in there. I was looking at a few other dealers before going here. I'm sorry I waisted my time with the others. I would tell everyone to go here. Best experience ever!

The car wasn't even washed. The price was right, But miss leading only if you finance it with them being Carheroes. I have gone to 6 dealership and No one does this. The price advertised is cash or credit. Very unethical. The management said everyone does this in Florida. That's is not true. Douglas Mellema.

My husband and I bought a 2016 KIA Optima Beautiful car with all the bells and whistles Benny was our salesman and he was GREAT. Rob and Randy were just as AMAZING they Explained everything no rush and the they answered all our question and got us the best deal. They work well but fast in and out in like 2hours from start to finish including test drive. Simply GREAT EXPERIENCE all the way around.......Now fast forward to Monday had to bring my car back to them with some issue I thought it was going to be a nightmare and I was pleasantly surprised Rob was great and handled my issue immediately no push back or nothing. Made me feel so much better and I left a happy camper and No issues with my Beautiful car. Thank You Gentlemen for making my car buying experience a Great One even with the hiccup.

Zach was without a doubt the best sales person I have ever come across and had the pleasure of working with. He made me feel very welcome and was not pushy at all. A great experience from start to finish!
