I usually go straight to James but he was off that day so

I usually go straight to James but he was off that day so Zak helped me. It was late in the day but he still worked me in and I got both an oil change and inspection. He could not have been nicer and I was out in 40 - 45 minutes! This service department is awesome and that is why I keep buying cars here!!

Service team saved our road trip, we are a senior couple traveling to visit family across country with our dog, and needed emergency repair, the on-site team & service manager Lee worked us in and got us back on the road! ***Update*** This morning on October 30th, I had a

***Update*** This morning on October 30th, I had a conference call with some of the management team, and they’re going to make this right, over and above right. They are working hard for me and are over accommodating which is rare in the automotive industry. My situation appears to be an anomaly, and I couldn’t be more relieved that they’re standing behind their product and will take great care of me. By all means, PURCHASE A VEHICLE from them as they have just proven that they will take care of their customers AFTER the sale to maintain a positive relationship. ————— I purchased a preowned 2020 Mercedes GLE350 from the dealership. The purchase process was good, however, the car not so much. I was assured that this vehicle received a thorough inspection prior to sale, but it’s obvious that this “inspection” was not as thorough as we had thought. The rear shocks are bad, the motor mounts and transmission mounts were bad. Additionally, I bought the extended warranty, which was the closest thing to “bumper-to-bumper” you can get. After many rounds with the extended warranty company, the warranty company would only cover the motor mounts, and not the transition mount. Also, the warranty company will only cover one rear shock. The warranty company will only pay approximately five hours of labor, the actual labor for these repairs is approximately 18 hours. This leaves me out of pocket approximately $4,000 in repairs. This vehicle should’ve been sent to auction versus being placed for sale on their lot. I understand the risk of buying it “as is” vehicle, I also understand that I bought a European vehicle in which repairs are expensive. This is why I purchased the best extended warranty policy they offered. I believe these issues should’ve been caught once a vehicle came in on trade and PRIOR to being listed for sale. I cannot in good conscience recommend this dealership if you want to purchase a preowned vehicle. I would recommend you do your research on your own warranty company if you take the risk of buying a preowned vehicle from this dealership.

James Seher is a wonderful service advisor.

James Seher is a wonderful service advisor. He is always polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. He keeps me posted/informed about my vehicle needs and always makes sure the car gets back to me when promised. He always knows my name which makes me feel like I matter. Four Stars of Nissan has been taken care of my Nissans from the very beginning. Just purchased my newest Murano there and will continue to let James take care of it for me.
