I recently visited the dealership for vehicle servicing

I recently visited the dealership for vehicle servicing and had a truly positive experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was courteous and professional, but one employee stood out—Aaron Fisher. Aaron went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was serviced efficiently and thoroughly. He was knowledgeable, transparent about the process, and kept me updated throughout. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to their role, and I genuinely appreciate the care Aaron showed. I’ll definitely be returning for future service needs and recommending this location to others. DO NOT RECOMMEND -- The experience with Diehl Ford was

DO NOT RECOMMEND -- The experience with Diehl Ford was the WORST service experience imaginable... I took my truck to them for a repair and they ended up having the truck for a total of 7 WEEKS! The progress of the service update during the entire process was never given unless I called them and demanded to know what was going on. Eventually they started to just replace RANDOM parts that were to be the issue. After the 7 WEEKS of replacing parts that had NOTHING to due with eventual problem resolve, totaling $1,800.00, I was called that the truck repair was completed and to pick it up. Before I even left the lot the problem still was there. I refused to let them touch it again. I ended up researching the problem on Google and found several articles on Ford's community web page that others had and a large number of the individuals had the same problem. I had explained the finding to Deihl Ford and I was told that they checked the specific problem and resolve and it was not the problem. Well after I looked into the problem based on the web page post, I resolved the issue MYSELF. I cannot stress how completely clueless this service department is and the lack of customer service. DO NOT CONSIDER using them for ANY service repairs.... EVER!!!

Do not recommend!

Do not recommend! Got a call quote for almost $1300, took my car to another mechanic who has doing it for over 35 yrs and has worked on my car in the past. Found nothing of what Ford told us was true! Came home and found dash cam footage of 2 ford mechanics having conversations on how to make money off me! My appt was at 11 AM for drop off and didn’t even bring my car in till about 2pm and barely did anything with my car till pick up next day. Literally watched every single second of dash cam footage. I got 4 fails on my inspection report and yet they still put inspection stickers on my car! And charged me $50 for a brake inspection which come to find out that is INCLUDED in a state inspection!!! Also tried calling before 5 to let them know we were coming for my car and no one wanted to answer the phone! But yet on dash cam could literally see how people were there till 7pm and watched them turn lights out! Oh and also have dash cam footage of the mechanic flying around in my car on the back streets of Beaver Falls!
