The dealership had an inviting and friendly atmosphere. I was greeted promptly and began the process in an easy and professional manner. I had the pleasure of dealing with Adam Peterson. I would recommend Adam for his professionalism and ability to help me figure out what was the best vehicle for my needs. He did not try to push me in any direction but rather did research of the possible vehicle and found the one that we were best suited for. I would recommend Adam and the Ron Lewis automotive group to family and friends in the future. A.M.

After putting 170,000 miles on my 2001 Explorer...

After putting 170,000 miles on my 2001 Explorer SportTrac, I searched the internet for 2-3 months to find a low mileage 2010 replacement with options I wanted (Limited package, 4.6L, 4WD, Satellite radio, navigation, moonroof). I phoned dealership and discussed vehicle condition with salesperson, Joe Franzese. Joe was very friendly, knew the previous owner, and assured me that vehicle was in excellent condition. Joe had several photos promptly posted to demonstrate his claims. Joe and I exchanged several phone calls during the course of a week or so week to answer some additional questions. When Joe was unavailable due to servicing other customers, he promptly returned my calls and even called from his home. As an out-of-state buyer, I drove several hours to dealership where Joe was waiting as per appointment with vehicle cleaned, detailed, and ready for test drive. Joe and the dealership were very easy to come to terms with, paperwork was quickly completed, and I was back on the road to home with my "new" vehicle within a few hours. The shop that has serviced my vehicles for the past 15 years at home verifed that vehicle was in excellent mechanical condition ("like new") as Joe claimed. It's good to know that there are still some honest and straightforward salespeople out there. I would recommend working with Ron Lewis Ford and Joe Franzese to others looking to purchase a vehicle.

Great service. I would recommend anyone to Joe Franzese. First time I have ever bought a vehicle with out seeing it in person or even test driving it. It was exactly to a T to what Joe described. I wouldnt hesitate for a second to buy another vehicle off joe like this is the future.

I had been receiving calls about trading in my Ranger, so when I took it in for an inspection I dared them to sell me a truck. My salesperson, Rick C., called my bluff. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, catered to my specific needs in a truck, and was very open and honest. Surprisingly, Rick C. also works in the financial aspects of the business, and this proved an invaluable resource for a salesperson. I cannot overstate how much easier the process was having a salesperson who understood the financial aspects of the business as well. If you intend to buy a Ford, or are simply looking, I highly suggest seeking out Rick C. at Ron Lewis Ford in Beaver Falls.

Joe was great in helping us locate and purchase our two cars. He took the time to help us locate the car we wanted and time in test driving the suv we wanted. We were very happy with him and will be back to purchase from him when our lease is up
