Came in looking for a Nissan Rogue, there was no Chinese speaker available, the only person they had was off that day. they called him to help me with the translation, he was very nice and patient with me, explained everything clearly and in detail. Afterwords he even helped me buy insurance, I really appreciate his hard work and assistance. I came in today to setup the autopay and there he was helping someone else with the same thing too. Very helpful, easily the best salesman I have ever seen. Ask for tony kang if you are looking for a car.

I have purchased two brand new cars from Puente Hills Nissan within the last three years. First off, the sales staff is friendly, extremely helpful and most importantly, knowledgeable. Purchasing a vehicle can be stressful and taking on the financial responsibility is so overwhelming. Puente Hills Nissan takes the pressure off of you and allows you to relax in their beautiful showroom overlooking a wide variety of award winning Nissan vehicles. The showroom is clean, kept and private enough for one to sit in a room and discuss options with their families. The facility itself is maintained very well. The bathrooms are never dirty and the ease of accessing them is so convenient if you have little ones or a family like we do. Now, on to the process. Unlike other dealerships, Puente Hills Nissan offers almost everything over the phone and even has a notary to come directly to YOUR HOME! We couldn't come in and they had a notary come directly to us!! Skander, our sales consultant for both sales of our vehicle was awesome! His attitude, personality and energy is contagious. He speaks the truth, answers all of your questions thoroughly and is extremely polite. The sales manager we worked with was Anthony Dcosta. He broke down the payment options, down payment and even our options on a term that fit OUR budget. We were overwhelmed at first, but he made the deal comfortable and never made us come out of pocket for anything above what we agreed on. He explained to us, in detail, all of our options. Nissan offers so many vehicles that you are guaranteed to find one within your budget, need and comfort level. Please shop around and give Puente Hills Nissan your last stop. I would never go back to that place nor would I ever recommend anyone to Puente hills nissan. I should Have walked out the minute the sales manager came back a second time with different payment rates- granted I was not desperate for a new car and felt I was very clear with my communication with the sales manager Barry - 3 weeks later, I walk in very disappointed that I have to sign a new loan, agreeing to a new payment - because I would not validate their unprofessional performance, Barry was persistent and basically gave me back my old car and said we are done. I've lost out on time, money for insurance. Barry did get a reimbursement of 230 for my insurance costs but now I have to transfer and pay another 150. I thought this was a credible place but I was stressed out and treated like crap.

I recently started shopping for a new vehicle, so I decided to visit Puente Hills Nissan. I was approached by a salesman by the name of Anthony Gallegos. I was a bit nervous because of my credit situation, but he made me feel really comfortable by explaining how my purchase could be completed. Anthony is a very honest and friendly guy, and I'm so glad I had the opportunity to work with him. There really are good guys in the car business, and Anthony is certainly one of them.
