Fantastic experience!

My experience with Torrey was great from the first visit until I drove off the lot in my new QX80. I was considering other brands, but working with Torrey was a major plus for staying with Infiniti. I’m so glad I did!

Absolutely seamless, professional, and pleasant experience!

I had no hesitation to rate my experience with Bradshaw Infiniti with 5 stars. Specifically, our salesman, Todd Thayer. I consider myself a seasoned vehicle purchaser and have been to one end of the spectrum to the other now, in my experiences. I am very proud to say that I haven't yet reached the end of the spectrum known as "excellence", until purchasing my 2018 Q50 from Todd at Bradshaw. Not only was he factual, professional, courteous, and pleasant, but he was loyal. He made no promise he could not keep; he delivered exactly as he promised without fail. The quality of the car, well it speaks for itself - it's an Infiniti. However, I haven't been able to place the overall sale experience in the truly excellence category until now. THANK YOU Todd, and Bradshaw, for being so incredibly awesome!!

Pleasing to buy from Bradshaw!

awesome team

I have been in the Bradshaw family for 10-12 years and have ALWAYS come away feeling like I was treated fair, this time it felt like I was really part off the family, Todd was the best I have had the pleasure of dealing with.

Superior to all previous car shopping experiences

I cannot express how much I was dreading walking into any dealership to shop for a new vehicle. What started as a reluctant plan to commit to shopping for a car until we found one turned into a one stop success. We had the great fortune of being greeted by Todd when we entered the showroom. I stated how miserable I found car buying to be and he replied this would not be like that and he was beyond correct. The casual elegance of this experience cannot be expressed adequately in this forum. Perhaps the best way to explain it would be to say that working with Todd was more like visiting a lifelong friend who happens to work in auto sales and happens to know you are looking for a car. No pressure, a lot of laughter, and a fantastic lease on a Q50 which completely met our criteria. Based on our experiences with Todd and Eric during the paperwork portion on the transaction, I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a car.

Well done

Todd was a pleasure to work with both polite, patient and extremely well informed on the features on the Infiniti QX60. I have already recommended him by giving his business card to a friend who has owned her Infiniti for 17 years.

Another great Q50

It was easy and painless turning in my lease and coming out with a great new Q50. My salesperson Zee was great as was the sales manager Scott. I’ll be back for service and my next new car Thanks Bradshaw team!
