After being told there was a second key for the used car I purchased, I’ve been ignored ever since. Antonio and Haddie have avoided my calls and won’t return messages regarding the missing key they “can’t find.” Extremely disappointing experience and terrible customer service.

After not hearing back from Haddy for a week, I stopped in today to make sure he was getting our messages. He claims to have text my husband back — he never did. Also, says he cannot find the key so we won’t be getting one. Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication, and blatant lies we’ve been told.

After being told there was a second key for the used car I purchased, I’ve been ignored ever since. Antonio and Haddy have avoided my calls and won’t return messages regarding the missing key they “can’t find.” After no return calls though out the week, I stopped in to see if I could speak with someone. Haddy lied right to my face saying he text my husband back (which he did not). And although the key said “1 of 2” he cannot find it and they won’t be making good on their promise to getting me the missing key. Extremely disappointing experience and terrible customer service.

Edited to add— if they could get a zero star they would. This place is all a bunch of lies. Edited to add- the car they sold me was wrecked without being disclosed. Almost $5k worth of damage later… This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. We had to wait 2.5 hours for the finance office- even thought we had been pre approved through our bank. Then we went back with the check and they had no record of our sale. They could not find any of our paperwork. Over all 6.5 hours waiting while it only took 20 mins to look at the car. Nothing was explained- there were no feature explained. They left less than a fourth of a tank of gas in the car. The salesman was on the phone during my test drive then had to leave abruptly. I will never come back

Very Dishonest Dealership!
Very Dishonest Dealership!! Completely run by liars. They changed the nature of the deal. Practically held us hostage. We purchased the vehicle because the ride that brought us left. We thought the agreed upon deal was set but learned after our ride left that they were lying about the entire. Never meant to honor the original agreement! STAY AWAY!!

I bought 4 vehicles from this dealership and have been bringing vehicles for service for nearly 20 years. Management has changed over the years but this is by far the worst it has ever been. Taking my business elsewhere and will never set foot in this establishment ever again, it is the worst it has ever been. Sales is awful but the Service Dept just flat out sucks. Don't waste your time or your money because they will show no value to you. I can't remember the last time I had a good service appt and today's experience where I was quickly dismissed for a clearly defective windshield just put the definitive in the fact that my business with them is dead.

UYER BEWARE!!! This dealership is ruthless. They tried to sell me a used car for double the price advertised. Using the excuse that Cars.com advertises false prices that are out of their control. Sir, Cars.com is a third party website that your associates have to enter the vechicle information and the price you’re selling it for. LIARS!!! I was completely flabbergasted at the audacity. I left feeling beyond cheated. But Hey…I get it, the 25% tariffs were announced today and y’all are trying to survive by any means necessary but you’re not gonna screw me and my family over!!! DISGUSTING SCAMMERS!!!

I bought a battery for my nissan GTR on 11/24.
I bought a battery for my nissan GTR on 11/24. I had not driven the car for about a month and the battery was completely dead. My previous battery was original and I never had this issue after a month. I did notice the new battery appeared to be wet on one side. My car is garage stored so I thought that was strange. I tried charging the battery and it would never charge enough to start the car. I had my receipt and on the receipt it said all parts warranty for 12 months. On the battery it was 24 month replacement and 84 month prorated. I removed the battery to bring in and get a replacement. Dan Ryan in parts refused to warranty the battery. He said I need to bring the car in to test it. I can't bring the car in because they battery is dead. He absolutely refused to warranty because I installed it. Nothing on the paper work said warranty void if you install yourself and I also was not told this. He was happy to sell me another battery at full price. Which I had no choice. I work for a dealer group. We would never treat our customers this way. I talked to another nissan deal in Kennesaw and they said it absolutely should have been warranty. I was going to have all my gear boxes and transmission services at this dealer but now? No way! He stated all dealers have this policy and they absolutely do not not! Do better Premier Nissan this is not how you treat customers. Dan Ryan is not a good parts employee. You may want to think about getting him out of customer interaction. Document these supposed rules on your paper work about warranty might me a good idea so you don't lose customers over small transactions. Stand behind your parts and tell the customers the policy upfront or print it!!
