I usually make an appointment but forgot and I came in and they attended me so nicely. I knew I was going to wait longer and they made sure I knew. I had a problem with the car and they made sure they got it fixed. At the end they said they had a recall on my camera and I didn't know but they took care of everything and I had nothing to worry about. I am usually attended by Sherry and I have had excellent service since I've been here since 2015. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Horrible service. Ruben failed to check on car and call back with an update even though vehicle was left with him all day. The Service manager Michael was of no help either as my vehicle was in the shop an additional day just to find out they the were not going to honor the warranty on the bearings. Also unethical practice of price gouging trying to take advantage of people. Wheel bearing cost $400 across all shops nationwide. Michae tried to charge me $900.

Michael Keen was absolutely AMAZING!!! He explained all my services in detail and advised me on services I would be needing soon. There was some minor confusion with my vehicle at one point, but he made sure everything was straightened out in no time.

Ruben Hernandez is wonderful to work with in service and he always ensures my car is taken care of and treats me like a VIP. Sutherlin Nissan Mall of GA truly goes out of their way to satisfy their customers even washing my car with the service! When I went to pick up my car with the last service, my tire light was still on the dash. Will, service rep at the door, immediately assisted with this and let me know that it wasn't the tire pressure but rather an error coming from the sensor. He went out of his way to give me this update when he could have not assisted me. I appreciate the way everyone in service tries to make it pleasant customer experience!

Our experience with Sutherlin Nissan At Mall of Georgia was all we could have wished. our Liason, Sherry, was personable, efficient, communicative re our issues, and we drove our as satisfied customers with our oil change, tire rotation,thorough check of belts, and a freshly washed vehicle !
