Subaru Evergreen Park

We dealt with Jeanette Valentin, I asked for their best price on a 25 Subaru Outback wilderness. She quoted me a price and asked if I had a color preference, i did green. She had it delivered from the factory 4 days later at the quoted price. I saved thousands of dollars over Indiana prices. I highly recomend her, and the dealership. I dealt with the normal finace guy one time on a phone call and found him rude, condescending, and aloof. Everyone else I spoke to or dealt with was great.

I could not be more pleased with the purchase experience I had with Evergreen Subaru. I worked with Brian (sales guy) and Lou (sales manager), who worked together to make the transaction as smooth as possible. I was shopping for a new car for my wife with dealerships in Chicago, Pittsburgh, Ft. Worth and Oklahoma City, and got the most respectful treatment and best deal with these guys. And in the comparison, it’s not even close. No one else was really listening, and they did. From a guy who HATES car dealerships, these are the only people I do recommend. And after buying the car for her, I was pleased to find out a whole lot about Subaru’s I didn’t know. Lots of built in value and a really great car.

I brought my Forester in for air conditioning repair on Tuesday 7/9/24 got my car back today 7/23/24 gas tank on empty. Received one phone call about my vehicle. Was told my car wasn’t driven by staff. It took 14 days for a repair. I was lied to about my car. On a scale of one to ten I give this place a two. Will Never come back here again.

We came to buy a subaru forester but ended up buying subaru crosstrek. We had a great experience with our sales specialist Jeanette! She was very nice, knowledgeable, and made it very easy for us. We had a great experience which is not always the case. We got a good deal buying the car we liked and we highly recommend this dealership for people who want to get a good deal and have a good experience. We will be back!
