Had my F150 serviced with Cocoa Ford Mobile Service. My advisor Chris is great to deal with and the Technician who worked on the truck is awesome. Very polite, knows what he's doing and never makes a mess. Always on time. I would highly recommend this service to anyone. Thank you again!!

Mr David Skinner Service advisor was great with his

Mr David Skinner Service advisor was great with his communication on the issue with my vehicle. He advised me on a couple of different options on the repair and explained them thoroughly so I could choose the option that worked best for me. The work was completed in a timely manner and my vehicle was back to working order.

From the moment I called the dealership to the time I drove off the lot, I was treated with courtesy and respect, without any pressure to make a decision. Ted helped me find a car within my budget and provided a clear bottom line price. When I went to financing, I expected unexpected fees, as I had experienced that at two other dealerships. However, I was pleasantly surprised that the final price matched exactly what I was originally quoted. The financing process was straightforward and highly efficient. All my questions were answered professionally, in an easy to understand manner. I will definitely be back when it's time to get my next vehicle. Thank you to all that were involved.

The dealership has changed owners in the past two years.

The dealership has changed owners in the past two years. I have taken a wait and see approach. So far changes are minor. One thing that has made me question my continued patronage. The new owners have chosen to show extremist political programming in the service waiting room. Other than that, Service continues to be good.

Cocoa Ford took take care of me and my needs in a very desperate time in my life!!! They did right by me and they made sure I was 100% completely happy and satisfied!!!
