Deceptive, unprofessional, and outright dishonest
Deceptive, unprofessional, and outright dishonest dealership Terrible experience. I visited to test drive a Toyota Camry 4‑door after the dealer provided an OTD price beforehand, which was the only reason I made the trip. When I arrived, the salesman claimed that they never discuss OTD prices on phone and tried to make it seem like I was lying. Instead of allowing the test drive, he negotiated pricing for 30 minutes, then attempted to add a fake $1,995 “mandatory service charge” that was never disclosed earlier. After wasting over 3 hours and $45 on an Uber, they finally admitted the car was never coming because of an engine issue, and immediately pushed me to look at other cars. This confirms the entire visit was a sales tactic, not a real deal. Using valuation estimates from Carfax to justify pricing is fine, but calling a customer a liar and hiding fees is not. Zero respect for customer time or money. Avoid this dealer at any cost!

This dealership took our money for the vehicle and
This dealership took our money for the vehicle and refused to release the car after many attempts to pick it up. We are now on 20 days following the sale with no vehicle. They’ve made up several stories along the way; car wasn’t funded by the bank, it wasn’t serviced, it needed an oil change, it needed more parts and then the parts didn’t come in. We were forced to contact an attorney to get this resolved. They are illegally holding the vehicle according to the bank representative we spoke to. Stay away from these people unless you feel like spending more money on attorneys and spending your time filing multiple complaints through various regulatory agencies..

I recently purchased a new Mitsubishi, and I couldn?
I recently purchased a new Mitsubishi, and I couldn?t be happier. The design is sleek, modern, and turns heads wherever I go. The performance is smooth and powerful, with impressive fuel efficiency. Inside, it's spacious, comfortable, and packed with tech features that make every drive enjoyable. Safety features give me total peace of mind. The handling feels solid and responsive, perfect for both city streets and highways. Mitsubishi has clearly put thought into every detail. It feels like a luxury car without the luxury price. I'm proud to own it?definitely one of the best decisions I?ve made this year

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. If I could give a -100 star rating, I would. If you have read through the many reviews, you should see that this dealership is shady. I purchased a 2014 Mercedes Benz S550 in June 2025. It is currently September 2025 and I have yet to receive the title or a license plate. I, like others, have been ghosted. I Purchased the vehicle, online, out of state. My State DMV has reached out to the dealership . . . ghosted. The bank I financed the vehicle through has also tried to get answers . . . ghosted. I have had to hunt down the title and it seems it may be in Michigan from a repossession?!? Meaning, this dealership should not have sold this vehicle and are engaging in illegal practices. I am making one last ditch effort to get the title and if I am unsuccessful, I am seeking legal assistance. This dealership needs to be shut down. I swear, I think there is a teenager living in a closet running this business. AVOID THIS PLACE!

The Company FREEHOLD Mitsubishi- Di an entire Contract
The Company FREEHOLD Mitsubishi- Di an entire Contract with me for a 2018 BMW 750i - took my funds of $2500 plus tax, said I was approved, had me get insurance on the car, and I also talked to the Bank GLS Financial that agreed to the contract telling me what my payments would be- and then on day of Car delivery- 06/04/2025 a man by the name of Luis Cubi sent me a bogus message stating I couldn't receive the vehicle because my place of work couldn't be verified- I told him that they may have called the wrong post office, sent him a screenshot of the actual Google number to my job which I had gave them- he claimed it wasn't real- although it's definitely Official* *. And said he wasn't gonna give me a refund because it fraud* but he never could tell me my supervisors name or Any info about my job at all. It's as if they didn't even call the number*- they just wanted to keep my money. He'd even called while I was on my mail route and heard me closing mailboxes in the background. And refused to call the number to see for himself that's it's an actual Post Office that I work for. I can't believe this company. I have a copy of the signed contract showing the amount ($2500) placed down.

AVOID THIS STEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS I bought a used Ram
AVOID THIS STEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS I bought a used Ram 1500 (40K miles) in Sept. 2024 and noticed a wobble and faulty TPMS sensors within 45 mins. I called the salesman, who booked me at their Maserati service branch. After 8 hours there, they replaced the TMPS, saying the first set was bad. The wobble persisted. I returned for a second balance. They told me it was “as good as it gets” and suggested the wheels were the issue—but they wouldn’t cover it, calling it an “aesthetic issue.” How does a wobble at 40 mph count as “aesthetic,” especially with no visible damage? I did my own research and suspected a damaged front axle. They wouldn’t consider it at first but eventually agreed to swap the rims. I got the runaround from their GM until I physically went in. The “new GM” blamed past employees and promised new rims. Two weeks later, he quit. GM #3 went on a test drive with me and agreed there was something wrong with the front end—not the wheels. His words: “Do you have a trusted mechanic? My guys aren’t the best. If you get an invoice, we’ll reimburse you.” Red flag. My mechanic confirmed the passenger side axle was damaged. I asked for the truck’s pre-inspection report—still haven’t received it. I told GM #3, and he said if I was under 60K miles, RAM might cover it. I took it to a RAM dealer only to learn it had no warranty—it was a Canadian import, which was never disclosed. We were 3 months in, still no resolution. I followed up again, and now the GM says he needs to “review my case file.” No callbacks, no follow-ups—only action when I physically show up. Another month passed. Finally, they scheduled an axle repair. I emphasized the passenger side and the whole front end. The tech confirmed the CV axle assembly was bad and scheduled another appointment. He later told me it was fixed—but 20 minutes after pickup, the wobble remained. My mechanic found they only replaced the cheapest part of the assembly and ignored the rest. When I confronted the tech, he said, “I changed what you told me to,” and then blamed my all-terrain tires—which I installed after the problem started. At this point, the truck was unsafe, so I paid $4,000 out of pocket to replace the entire front drive assembly. After repairs, I went back to demand reimbursement—only to learn that GM #3 had also quit. GM #4 sat down with me and admitted they should reimburse me. Weeks of ignored emails followed. Again, I showed up in person. She now said the finance team is reviewing the sale to “see if there’s enough profit to reimburse” me—unreal. Every visit, I saw new faces. They even admitted multiple customers had issues with the old staff. Now it’s 8 months later. I called again and learned that GM #4 had also quit. Then a man named Luis called and told me ownership changed in late March, and “they have nothing to do with your problems.” When I asked why this wasn’t disclosed by GM #4, he said he wasn’t interested in helping and hung up on me. I went in person again. Luis didn’t know his receptionist’s name (kept calling Melinda “Melissa”), avoided eye contact, and fiddled with his phone the whole time. He told me I should have “lawyered up” early on because “car salesmen are liars and sleezy.” That came from the current manager. He said he didn’t know who I was and didn’t want to “adopt my problems.” I asked for a document stating that new ownership absolves them of prior responsibilities—he refused to sign anything. If there really was an ownership change, nothing has improved. It may be worse now. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here. I’m debating legal action—but at this point, I sleep well knowing karma keeps receipts. Good luck.
