Land Rover DFW

Bought a used Bentley from them. Came to my house to have me sign the paperwork. Said they would email me copies after I signed. I had already given them $30k while waiting on the wire. They then refused to provide copies of contracts we had both signed, like that would even matter in a legal dispute. They had signed before I did. I will not forget the dishonesty. I bought the car and wired the money, but I would not trust them ever again. I paid cash. I did not finance.

This dealership apparently feels empowered to pay you 20% or so below the actual wholesale value of your car on a trade. I think it is their parent company driving this since this also happened at McDavid Honda, who is owned by the same people. They simply insist on giving you thousands of dollars less than legitimate wholesale offers on the same car. When confronted by it, I was told that "we can't give you what that dealer gives you because they are a huge company." So! A car is worth what it is worth on most any lot in town. This dealership is powered purely by greed and anyone who plans to sho[p there needs to know this. GO GET YOUR CAR APPRAISED ELSEWHERE FIRST! Carm** or Carv*** make cash offers usually online. I have never fallen in love with a vehicle like I did the Defender, but they tried to gouge my eyeballs out on the deal and that is enough to completely lose my trust and keep me away for life. Again, be CAREFUL with this dealer. They seem to be very short on morals and ethics.

I have purchased or leased five vehicles from Park Place Land Rover DFW. Price is an excellent associate who knows the vehicles well. They go the extra mile to find a vehicle that suits you best. And their service department is excellent. Their staff is kind and very accommodating. My latest vehicle is a Defender and I am very excited about this dynamic new SUV!

He communicated with me during the entire process while he was looking for my exact one. Once he found it, he gave me a call, I test drove it and purchased it. Price Clark makes car buying beyond easy! This is the second time he has helped us buy a car; he remembered so many details about us and our family 3 years later- we couldn't believe it! We told him exactly what we were looking for, and he found us several options. We live 2 hours away and had a trip planned to leave from DFW. **VETERANS BEWARE** Park Place Land Rover does NOT take Navy Federal Credit Union pre approval checks. Or at least that's what they told me after we made a deal and I went to go pick up the check and came back. Sounds a little weird right? That's what I thought too. Sales guy botched the deal. He thought we were negotiating thinking I was financing with them. After it came out I decided to use my bank he let me believe the car was mine all the way to the end. Not what I expected from a high end auto dealer. So if they're taking your pre approval it sounds like you're paying what they want you to pay. But hey, he said it was just company policy after the 4th time trying to convince me to finance with them.

Purchased a 2021 Velar from this dealership. Price and Samantha were great to work with!!!
