Yikes! If there was a way to leave a NO star review I definitely would. Corporate is closed until Monday...I can wait. I'm anxious to share my experience with someone that may have tact, manners and know what common courtesy and respect is.

I rushed to the dealership on Monday to purchase a car because I was told the price was going to change the next day. I got to the dealership with my check and come to find out the car wasn't even ready yet. The car look like it was just in a wreck and was covered in bondo. They were still trying to fix the car. I talked to the young lady who I talk to about the car and ask why she didn't tell me about the condition of the car. Her response was you never asked me about the condition of the car. Then she had the nerve to tell me we can go back and listen to our phone conversation we had about the car because it was recorded. After her response, I just left. It took everything I had to keep my cool after what she said. She had no remorse about what she said and what she had done Buyers beware. This is just a bunch of people who trying to scam you!!!!

My husband and I had a great experience working with Fred Anderson Kia of Greer. They were all so nice! We researched SUVs for months and finally decided on a Telluride. We called dealerships across several states looking for a good price with the color we wanted. They were so polite, returned our calls when they said they would and were straightforward in discussing the price. We ended up driving from the Nashville area, 320 miles, to Fred Anderson Kia in Greer, SC to buy a car! We were worked with Dustan and he explained everything well and even stayed an hour after they closed to show us how to use the features on our new car. Terry, the finance guy, was also very professional and efficient. We recommend Fred Anderson Kia!!!
