Have been trying for a month or more for set up of several issues including my VE to be completed At point of sale no one except the salesman tried to help Should not be my place to keep going to Bluffton to get original set up completed

My sales person, Kat , was awesome to work with during the entire process. Her follow up was outstanding answering my questions, sending me pictures of the car over the weeks it took to put together this long distance purchase. I am so excited with my Honda and wouldn?t hesitate to buy from Kat again. Thank you Kat and keep up the great customer service!

Sydney was exceptional and kind in the process of purchasing my car. Everyone at AutoNation was so nice from lending me a charger to helping with direction. Started with an inquiry "is this vehicle still available"? Less than 48 hrs later, after driving 180 miles just to look at the car, we were taking it home. Fast, efficient, friendly. State tags came in the mail today, two weeks after seeing the car for the first time. AutoNation thanks for your help and support.

The entire organization at this AutoNation USA Hilton Head dealership needs a class in customer service and support. We sold our car and were promised that our license plate would be sent overnight so we could transfer it to our new car. Instead the associate forgot to mail it and a week later admitted it was still in her deck drawer. When we called after two weeks we were told the plates were mailed to the wrong address and given the brush off by the manager we spoke with who basically blamed us for not driving two hours round trip to their dealership to pick up the plate in person. He was rude and unprofessional. Never recommending this dealership to any of our acquaintances.

I was pleased with the respect I was given when I arrived. I drove 250 miles to look and test drive a truck. At first I thought I waisted my time and was unsure about the vehical. My sales person [Raheim] told me to take my time and not to rush and if decided not to buy it was ok and he understood. They want a happy and satisfied customers. It was late past closing time on Saturday and no rush. After the purchase Raheim and Melonie both helped find a hotel, booked it and printed the direction. It was the best car buying experience I ever had and I don't regret one minute. Not only did I leave with a nice truck, I made a friend ship with both Melonie and Raheim and still getting their help after the deal was done. Thank you All for a wonderful experience.

David was amazing he made sure I got all the things I wanted plus more! I would recommend him and auto nation to anyone! They helped me get into the car I wanted and listened and helped me out as a single mother I love that!
