I recently bought a used 2019 ford explorer limited from the team at IG Burton. My salesman was Rolando Garza and I am greatful for the service he provided. Very honest upfront and transparent. There were no hidden fees or add-ons. They were more than fair on my trade-in. I feel I got a great deal without any xx hassle. Service rep.Anthony took very good care of me. Standard. 18 month service: oil and filter change, rotate tires, and inspection. Took just slightly over an hour and with the $10 off service special they were running, it was $98.

Your Subaru service center is excellent. However, your automated 'female' receptionist is vastly annoying. 'She' has sent me numerous emails telling me she has the information about the vehicle I requested information on (I requested no information). I merely needed to set up an appointment for service. Two days after the appointment, she is continuing to send me texts and emails. I wasn't trying to buy a vehicle. Your A.I. answering system is broken.

not very customer Friendly. Communication during service is lacking. This dealership needs to upgrade their text in the back working on the cars. Also, if your car has a known issue, but it’s not a recall. Plan to get the runaround.
