Very friendly employees and the communication about the status of my service was outstanding. And they have snacks and comfy chairs while customers are waiting.

It was a pleasure to have met Jesse on our first entrance to the dealership. He was personable and informative to our needs and right away arranged for us to test drive the Forrester that we ended up buying. Of course, we had many questions and he was most gracious in answering them.. If I have any concerns in the future I trust that he would be the one to point us in the right direction. We are grateful for our experience in buying the Forrester, thanks to Jesse!!

I own 3 Subaru's each of which were purchased at different dealerships in Maryland. The Subaru I purchased through IG Burton was a hit and a miss experience. On the positive, Debbie the sales rep was phenomenal. Cannot say enough good things. I did this transaction purposely via text and e-mail. Debbie started with a price that was below 3 other dealerships for the same vehicle, 2026 Forester Touring Hybrid. The other dealerships tried and failed to beat her price. She did not try to upsell anything and her "out-the-door price" was what I ultimately paid. Now for the downside. I financed through Navy Federal Credit Union with no trade in. It should have been a simple transaction. When it came time to sit with the finance rep and conclude the sale, he pushed hard to sell me on warranties and other upsells. After telling him several times "I am not interested", he kept trying to re-engage questioning. It got very confrontational and hostile at which point the finance rep said, "well if you aren't going to talk to me, then we are both going to sit here in silence" to which I replied, "that is fine" and pulled out my phone to kill the time. It was not a pleasant experience. My overall review of IG Burton is great sales and service staff. They quote a highly competitive price and as long as you are prepared to run the gauntlet and fight with the finance rep, you will get a good deal. But their approach is xxxx near predatory. It reminds me of getting hassled at a cruise port or airport in a foreign country. As long as you guard your valuables and stick to your pre-arranged plans, you will be fine.

Jeff was very patient and professional. He kept me posted throughout the day and delivered my car before closing.

I had new tires put on my car . The tech found that my rear end needed alignment and it was done. Now my car runs like new!

Ellie was a pleasure to deal with. She knows the cars and she got the deal done without be obnoxious.

Tyler was exceptional. He came to the car and welcomed me. He was kind and courteous like the service people with tenure (Jeff). He will allow your dealership to flourish, because he showed me he cared. He explained everything and treated me like I mattered. Keep up the excellent work Tyler and I.g. Burton. Appreciative Karen
